After I ordered plain cheese Krystals I received regular Krystals. I blew my horn to get the man's attention who was walking away and he screamed WHAT! It took another gentleman who was much more polite to come to the window to confirm my order after repeating it again to the RUDE manager!!

Wasn't able to go in unfortunately. I was next door getting a car repair during my lunch break, thought it would be perfect to walk over during the repairs. I tried both doors. Probably a staffing issue, but still disappointing.

As a whole the food was fine but the service was lacking. Items that were ordered they didn't have but didn't bother to tell us. So they made the order how they wanted instead of what we wanted. Missed items that they did have. Also couldn't provide a recipet for our meal so we could see what they charged us for. When we asked for it to check the order it was a simple we can't print receipts. If you are in the mood for little burgers I would try another location as this one never fails to disappoint.

I got the food I paid for which is a good thing these days from fast food restaurants. It was hot and the food was good. The staff was pleasant. I have been here multiple times and your experience all depends on who is working and running the restaurant. Parking: Plenty of parking

Worse Krystals of all time. Krystals used to be good. Not this location. Corporate will be notified. Burgers over cooked buns hard. French fries are stale. Manager should get fired. Clean house.

Visited around 9:30- 10:00 Saturday night. They were only two people working and they were working Hard. We had a large order and it took awhile but everything was hot and fresh and the guy working the window was very pleasant despite the long line he was working.

DISCLAIMER: I have not been here in years so some of the things that happened may of not been the workers fault. It also was busy. I'm sorry that this review is so long. There was a question asked(driver/family member) and the woman working there was confused. It was a simple question about prices. Then another worker had to come (I don't know if he was the manager) but he understood the question and we could order our food (I didn't order). The original price was 26 something and then it was up to 27 something (don't know why). That was ok. We got the food and we checked to make sure we had everything and we were missing a medium fry. When we went back in the drive thru, the woman working just looked annoyed throughout the whole thing. The food had mustard, a pickle, and some other thing on it that I didn't know about (was not said on the menu). That was fine except it wasn't listed on the menu (I couldn't see it at least). The food was very mediocre and some of it was hard (Chik). I don't know if it was the food that did this but, my brother's tooth broke after taking a bite. It was just a bad experience.

This is the 2nd time I found a bug in my food! They have flies and maggots in the store because the workers have poor cleaning skills do not properly disposal of food!

This probably is one of the cleanest Krystal’s I have ever been to. I don’t know who the manager is right now, but they are doing a great job compared to a few other local spots around town. Can’t beat the price right now on a sack full! Check this place out one day for lunch. Probably some of the best fast food for the money.
