They once again refused to honor coupons. A week ago they accepted them! Two weeks prior to that they refused them! I'll keep on trying though! Hit or miss with the overall quality of their sandwich depending on who makes it! Consistency ZERO! ~BanZandar

I only eat breakfast at Bojangles! I normally eat at the Bojangles at hwy 56 and tobacco Rd and always have good experience with food and customer service. Today I had errands on wrightsboro road so I went into the Bojangles here on wrightsboro. The cashier had the worst attitude and no friendly welcoming demeanor like most customer service workers do. Ariel was what her name tag said. I ordered my food for dine in but she put it in bags. Part of my order was a gravy biscuit. She put the gravy biscuit in the bag on its side causing the gravy to spill out in of the styrofoam container. I reminder her it was on for dine in and she just gave me stupid look. I asked for a tray and she stood there she didn't understand me. Finally, she in pulled out a tray and put my food on a dirty tray. I am very appreciative of any person who nowadays at least goes to work. However, whoever she kept texting while I ordered and was waiting for my food must have made her mad or put her in bad mood and she let it interfere with doing a good job. I considered it displaced anger. I doubt I will return to this restaurant and if I do I won't order if she is cashier taking my order. ~Bruce

I encountered an employee by the name of Joy. Her name couldn’t have been more accurate. The brief interaction we had gave me a new outlook on my day. Joy had such a bright and welcoming smile. She had no idea what kind of day I was having (it was rough), but she truly brightened my day with her smile and friendly attitude. Joy is the kind of employee you hope to deal with when walking into a business. I hope she is valued here by her employer, because I value that level of service as a customer. ~Hailey

The Frog & Hen, well the name may be somewhat off putting. However don’t shy away from this little hidden gem. Our server Riley was very polite helpful and responsive. We ordered the pimento cheese sampler which you can tell right away is made in house. Our brunch meals are as follows: Avocado Toast which was very surprising for me because the salad was fresh. Next was the waffle and bacon plenty to eat there, traditional maple bacon flavor though out. Our last dish was the Good morning sand-which: consists of fried chicken, fried egg, lots of maple bacon, cheese. Came with a side of fries. The claim here is that everything is sourced locally from farmers. That really does make it unique eating experience. We loved the atmosphere. One last edit they offer military discount! I repeated my order twice. Then get to window still wrong. Get home . It's still wrong. How hard is it to make a plain add cheese chicken sandwich. Threw it away. Look like the chicken was on another sandwich ~danyale
