I have not eaten here in a long time, they changed it up. It looks good estically, and you can get your own fountain drinks & tea. However, their food needs some reconstruction. The food is very greasy, the baked potato was hard overcooked. The lettuce was wilted on my sandwich. I felt nauseous later after I ate the food.. I used to like Wendys a long time ago, the food was better than. I think the quality does not match the prices they charge. The food here is very expensive, I feel I wasted my money.

People mess up my fast food all the time. I go to Wendy's on my lunch break almost every day. Not one time have I got the wrong order or a messed up order. There's two ladies at 11:30 on weekdays that work there and I'd like to say thank you to them for not being in a bad mood and acting like they hate their job and forgetting my order right every time.

Poor customer service at 10pm at night. Not what I was expecting to walk in and wait around for employees to want to work. They act like they own the place...

I encountered an employee by the name of Joy. Her name couldn’t have been more accurate. The brief interaction we had gave me a new outlook on my day. Joy had such a bright and welcoming smile. She had no idea what kind of day I was having (it was rough), but she truly brightened my day with her smile and friendly attitude. Joy is the kind of employee you hope to deal with when walking into a business. I hope she is valued here by her employer, because I value that level of service as a customer.

BRO THIS IS TRASH, no drinks, bad services, sweet tea was unsweetened TEA, bro how u mess up on that I asked for a strawberry shake and it wasn't even strawberry then I asked for a double staker cheas and pickles and they gave me a fully loaded one then I asked for a lemonade and they said u have to pay full price for it every one should be fired lol

The wait was long and had no drinks except for sweet tea and lemonade so I ordered a sweet tea they gave me unsweet tea I went up and asked him for lemonade they said I had to pay for it I was eating in terrible service

Card reader sucks if your chip doesn't read the best. Also, good food. Turn in the drive thru is tough for large vehicles. But good food and decent location. But they are pricier than other locations.

The Wendy's is currently closed for construction. The pilot is one one the worst I have visited. They had no hot water for the showers, the dryers don't heat, and the restrooms were filthy. There is no hot food at this location, just snacks. The closest restaurant within walking distance is Waffle House it's across the highway over railroad tracks. They cut the power off so that you couldn't transact any business, and the place is a hazzard because of the remodeling. Save yourself the headache and go to the next Pilot in South Carolina or the welcome center a mile up I20 East.
