Food was good. Portions have shrunk like everywhere with more cost. It's a ripple effect. Employees were nice but preoccupied with talking when we needed straws. We always order alot of food so we expect a wait. It wasn't bad at all though. Will definitely be returning not lots of options for great food and service in the area. I went to this particular location last night 10/14\2022. There was a guy taking orders that was VERY bubbly with an AMAZING personality. I ask him to hold he replied take your time then I could hear him singing so I said sing baby his reply” ooo don’t tell me that” me and my friend lol. It’s evident that he’s enjoying life and enjoys what he does. You never know who’s morning day or night you might make by just being you and this guy made my week. I was able to see his face and ask his name so if you are strong about customer service like I am go see Gabe at this location. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Wendy’s allow him to be him I’m sure he puts Smile on plenty customers faces… Way to go Gabe

Drive through was horrible I have given this location 4 tried and every time there is something wrong with my order and I get a combo as it is pictured on the menu this particular time I got the entire wrong meal.... Have to try them again in a couple months see if there is any improvement

My husband and I went through the drive-thru today, and there were only a few cars in the line in front of us. It literally took 40 minutes, and when we finally get our order, they told us they didnt have unsweet tea. We were like, okay. The woman just sat there and stared at us, and we were like, "So, I guess we dont get a drink?" She didnt even know what to say, or even offer another drink. This place needs a major overhaul in training and customer service. We literally left without getting a drink so as not to cause a scene. Will NOT be back.

Unprofessional, was laughing while taking my order, took more than 30 seconds to come to speaker, did not even greet me, workers have no manners and respect. Most definitely teenagers working in there. They need to be better. Would not recommend, you’ll get better customer service at Circle K. Everyone needs to be retrained

I ordered two chicken nugget meals and the food was not fresh. I also had spicy nuggets mixed in with one of the meals and they gave us small fries instead of med. The only thing was good was the lemonade. I called back and they said they would replace the meals whenever I return. I've eaten here before and the food was good, that's why I went back, but my experience was the different this time.

I don’t know where to begin. Slow service, cold nuggets, when you ask for hot food its never hot. Then when you say something about it the whole staff gets mad. Food has a shelf life (hold times) so when, it’s up it’s no longer for sell. I use to come here a lot when, they first opened up but now I only come 1 once a month. I hope this location gets better. You can’t even tell who’s the manager. You should always hear of be able to tell the manager from the crew.

The customer service here is so ghetto! Whoever was taking the orders tonight had an attitude, I was told they don’t carry the vanilla frosty which is weird, my large drink wasn’t all the way filled up, I didn’t receive any napkins nor any condiments of any kind. Also, they don’t close at 1 am it seems they close around 9:10-9:20 pm I have came here twice this week trying to catch them before they closed for poor customer service it’s sad and the lights are NEVER on which is crazy. I will find me another Wendy’s to go to from this day forward.

The restaurant itself is nice and new. Some of the staff is ok. However, it is inconvenient that if you go inside you cannot order at the counter unless you use the kiosk and use a card for payment. If you want to pay cash you have to use the drive thru. Does not make any sense to me, if you go there and have cash and no car you are "**** out of luck". Sometimes the drive thru is too backed up and not worth the wait. Also, I tried the strawberry frosty it is not as good as the original chocolate. It does not even taste like a frosty, it tastes like strawberry milk; like you made Nestle quick.
