Always friendly always helpful...they had what I needed. The reason why I gave it a 4 is because the parking lot is a pot hole mess....which is the owners of the place not sure who that is but I m digging Rite aide for lack of follow thru

Beer prices here are on par with walmart prices so that means this is the cheapest place to get beer in town. We also use the pharmacy here and have had zero problems.

They are as rude as it gets! I was accused of shop lifting and made a a spectacle of in front of the other patrons after that they found that I hadn't stole anything and then tried to apologize and I just left the store and told them they could keep the stuff I was trying to purchase. I would rather go elsewhere!

My family and I do a lot of shopping here .We are gold members.The employees have always been super friendly until today. The check out girl was rude and even mean in her tone and actions. I was not looking my best today, went out without make up and wore an old beanie because of the cold, but all people should be treated with kindness. She refused to give me even $10 cash back with my purchase saying she didn't have any in her drawer and directed me to the atm. I said the ATM charges and she said she knows.The next lady in line got money back.

I called to find out if they take my insurance , The pharmacy was professional and forthright . There is no friendly talking, as some would put it. They are just forthright and to the point. I was very fortunate that I went there was little or no traffic that day. The only complaint I would have is, that that the Pharmacist, should have asked if you have any questions about the medicines, you are receiving. But I guess they assume if know how to read, and do have questions you would ask them. I learn a long time ago , write your information down and give it to them , they will give it back, and we don't have to recite it out in the public lime light. The Store Reps. were very profession, and greeted you like they were hosting you at their home.(Warm and Friendly).
