Great quality small appliances, kitchen knives, gadgets and all kindsof stuff! Customer service was superior! The cashier helped us find what we were looking for, ordered it for us and we had it by Christmas! We order the Sunday before Christmas!

Picked up an order I placed online for 8 plates but I only had 6 when I got home. Called the store and they overnighted the 2 plates!! Received them today and i am very happy! Great customer service! Very kind when I called.

It's a nice store, and there's plenty of nice things to choose from, but don't expect a lot of help from the staff. Been shopping at this store for several years and almost always find the staff to be disengaged and less than helpful. A typical response is, "we're out." Never do they offer to check in the back, offer an alternative item, offer to order the item for you or check another store for availability. Just, "we're out". In an era where physical stores are going out of business every day, one would think employees would be more helpful and interested in protecting their jobs!

Customer service was outstanding! Store was out of the item I needed. They offered two day shipping to my home. After learning of the urgency of my commitment, the sales lady called a competitor and secured the item for me!!!! Above and beyond!!

RUDE, ARROGANT AND OUTRAGEOUS!!!! -DESERVES ZERO STARS- Will never shop there again!!...On Friday, Sept 25, 2020 my mother was discriminated against for her medical condition and told to leave the store in Franklin, TN…she had items to check out and the two extremely presumptuous and cantankerous employees ganged up on my mom to bully and berate her, and my 11- year old niece, in the store until my mom was so upset and humiliated she put down the items she was prepared to buy and was forced to leave!!! I have come to understand customer service, and even the ideal customer experience, is a dying art, but someone needs to teach these youngsters a thing or two about common decency and human kindness. I am certain if Mr. Chuck Williams was still alive today, he would be appalled at even the thought of such combative and condescending representatives employed at the company he worked so tirelessly to build. I, myself, have been a long-standing customer at Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Pottery Barn Kids, etc.…and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at these establishments …BUT NO MORE!! As the saying goes, “If you are not taking care of your customer, your competitor will,” and my mother and I will be happy to take our business somewhere humans are treated with common sense, common courtesy and respect. What an absolute shame!!!!!!!!!! “It takes months to find a customer… seconds to lose one.” – Vince Lombardi “People will soon forget what you said. They will NEVER forget how you made them feel.” – Dr Maya Angelou

I don't shop here often, but they do have some nice cookware and equipment. Not a cheap place to buy stuff and it isn't convenient to come to the mall. The staff is usually very friendly and accommodating. It is a good place to get a must have piece for entertaining or cooking a specific dish. If I have the time to shop around online, I usually prefer to just go that route. From time to time you just gotta have something right now, and they just might have what you need.

I am a bit miffed at this store in the Green Hills Mall. I have shopped in this store many times and have usually had a good experience. However, this past spring (yes, it has been awhile but the outcome is the same and I am still dealing with the product) I bought a $10.00 timer. Not much money, but I expected it to work for more than a month. It just stops in the middle of its ticking and I need a timer for medication for my dog so I use it everyday. I need a timer that rings because that is the signal for my dog that his dinner is ready that he so patiently whats for for 20 minutes as we have to put medication on his food to aid in digestion so that he can absorb the nutrients. Anyway, long story, I took the timer back to the store to get another one, did not have my receipt but the clerk looked up the sale. She says "oops…it's been 30 days so I can't help you". What?! Your merchandise is defective and your store and personnel DID NOT CARE and would not exchange or give me my money back. I have been back to the store and bought more things but it has left a sour taste in my mouth. I told my friend about the situation and she says that she thinks that the store is "snobby". The only thing I know is that they do not treat their loyal customers with respect and honesty.
