Went to fix the flat tire. 15$ service charge and then charge for tube. Patching the tube take more time (more service charge). So they prefer to change it. Be prepared for it. But staffs are nice and professional.

I was very impressed with the store personnel. Both sales people and repair crew are knowledgeable, helpful and charge fairly. CentriPEDAL is now my "go to" place for all biking needs.

Would give ZERO STARS if it was an option. Their service department STINKS! I needed a repair that one employee told me he would complete and when I returned after thinking about the cost the new employee I dealt with flatly refused to take the work. I told him I didn’t care if he would guarantee the work and that I wanted it done regardless and was again denied. Never coming back to this place after this. Waste of my time and gas to make the trip and wildly frustrating to deal with inconsistent messaging from the employees there. Why one employee would do the repair and another wouldn’t use plain old absurd. It may be worth buying a bike from them but I’d take your service related work elsewhere lest you be jerked around. Screw you, Centripedal!

I brought my bike for it's first tune-up since buying it used online--it had a few issues. Alex checked it out at drop-off and gave me a breakdown of exactly what it needed. Even though he was very thorough and took his time to explain everything, the process was quick because he's a pro! All the while he was so kind and I felt very comfortable throughout the process, which is amazing to say as someone with social anxiety. Glad I brought my bike here!

Always great service! It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and the line for service was long, but moved very fast. The owner took time to check out my issue and assured me it was as quick fix! While in line I saw some great prices on hybrids, if you're in the market for one.

Highly recommend the bike shop. Bought the Giant Propel in 2015 brand new. After 5 years, realized that the bike haven't been serviced except chain cleaning. And today Alex took the bike and did the tune up for free because the bike is free for lifetime tune. So highly recommend buying bike from the shop and great service from the staff.

Quick service, went in for a stem/handlebar replacement and tire change. In and out within 20 minutes. Also did a tune up a few months back and they also did great job. Good customer service 👍.

Got to the shop, Nick ( Sale Person) was very informative on the bikes. Needed a mountain bike for communing to work due to the last bike broke on me. Nick gave me the break down of what type of bikes are for certain terrains and what was the best choice for my needs. Overall everyone were very helpful and knowledgeable. Got the bike i wanted.
