They get one star because they were supposed to close at 10pm so I ordered some hr photos @8pm said they’ll be ready by 9:15 I showed up at 9 to find that the store was closed Lights off and gates down. Very disappointing!

It's not the fanciest pharmacy, and it might be the slowest. BUT, the people are genuinely nice and caring. We were there for a long time and got to see how patient everyone there is with the customers, In one case, they couldn't help a customer so they helped him get what he needs at another branch. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, they have same day appointments for vaccinations. If you need vaccinations ASAP, this may be the best/only place in Fremont.

Walgreen Blacow no more like a pharmacy it is like a government office that work Mon-Fri 10-5 lunch break 1 hour...So sad... We have been using this store for last 7 years. Now we are planning to shift to Walmart/Costco or CVS. We were there for Pneumonia and Shingles shots with appointments, it took 75 minutes to get after complains. It is taking 2-3 days to refill the prescription. The online shows " filling Prescription" and it takes several days to refill. Last time I was there to pick it up and the associate said no medication ready. I showed them the medication that was shown ready to pick up online and she says" It was was long list and I did not see. Today we have two medication to refill and it is showing reviewing/and filling the prescription from yesterday. Looks like it will take couple of days.generally it would take 30 minutes to 2 hours maximum before. When I complained to the pharmacist, she says shortage of staffs. They are saying this for last 6 months. Why Walgreen can not recruit enough staffs ? Walgreen is not in our preference any more...so sad ... My doctor prescribed my medicine on 11/19/2021, and today 11/23, I had not yet received the medicine. It says "pharmacist reviewing the prescription " For how long they will review ? Time to say " BYE BYE Walgreen !

got accused of stealing today, for no reason whatsoever. and the lady who accused me of stealing actually owed me $2 from trying to return my incorrect item, and once i got to her needing to give me my money back for the refund she suddenly couldn’t process my transaction anymore so i just requested to leave (so i wouldn’t be wasting any more time there with somebody who just falsely accused me of stealing $4.75 LAUNDRY DETERGENT from the store) and she was reluctant to do that at first, but eventually just let me have the stupid detergent and kept the extra $2 she owed me from the return. i won’t be back. shameful.

Do not come to this Walgreens!! The lady at cashier not pay attention on customer’s need! They don’t print the receipt!! They send a email directly. If you want a printed receipt, you have to return and do it again! OMG! Horrible!!

I don't blame the workers/technicians but the managers need to do better. The most frustrating thing is that they keep changing their hours and don't care to update it on Google or even their own website. Do yourself a favor and change your pharmacy to cvs or something.

I placed a same day photo gift order, visited the store after the mentioned time, staff at the photo center they're short-staffed, so promised to get it ready by next day. visited next day, same story. Totally spoiled my Gift order. Checked with Other stores, all are giving some reasons. Same day order is a joke!
