Very friendly staff. Helped us select climbing gear and gave us recommendations. This location also is very clean and has plenty of variety in other outdoor goods.

Got the shoe I was looking for. Came in like 10-20mins after store opened. I wanted to buy Trail Running shoes. The guy at the section seemed a little annoyed at the start, but I guess that's his nature. But as time went, he became more helpful & suggestive & accommodating. Great store wit lots of stuff. The woman at the register was also a nice person.

Well stocked used gear section! Was able to get a used backpacking pack steeply discounted & a bear canister half off. The store employees also helped with backpack sizing. Other items in the used gear section: bike racks, trail running shoes, ski boots, etc!

bad service! they kept me waiting for 45 min in the store but then told me they couldn't finish assembling the bike as originally promised. They asked me to check 2 days later when they promise to have the bike assembled. I called in 2 days later but none of them even know what happened, and finally it turned out that the bike was still in the box. Not recommend

Great REI, friendly staff. It is a smaller REI than most so they don't have ski section.

This is a nice large and well-stocked store. We came looking for specific items and were easily able to find them. The staff in the shoe department were kind and useful. While browsing other areas we were offered a polite amount of help. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
