Let me start off saying this, everyone who I worked with was Awesome! Torie was patient with me on everything as far as my financing process went. She’s the best! Ian was the perfect salesman for my car sale, I told he what I was able to work with and he came with a better deal! Tracy was great as far as the paperwork she makes everything smooth transitioning for all my final financial paperwork! Jasmine is just great. She kept my daughter entertained as far as taking care of business. The team was great! I Thank God for this dealership they are wonderful people! When I need a car I know where to come to for now on.

I had a good experience selling my vehicle here. I got a quote from Kelley Blue Book and Kunes contacted me about making an offer to purchase it. The people here were friendly and transparent and paid me what I asked. Quincy was very honest and straightforward about the process and kept me in the loop about how everything would go. I would certainly work with him again if looking to purchase or sell another vehicle.

Everyone on the staff was very nice and helpful. I got an amazing suv an old police car. Update.. Do not work with Keith there, he's very rude and dismissive when there was an issue. He pressured me into making a deal even knowing I couldn't afford it. But his manager, Tracey, was amazing and helped me fix the issues I was having. Thank you Tracey. You're amazing. If I do business there again it'll be with her.

Perhaps the best experience for an oil change I've had. The guy that I dealt with was super friendly and kept me informed with what was going on every step of the way. Only 17 minutes after I gave them my car, he came out with a check list and told me everything was going great and told me a couple of things I could get fixed if I wanted to (which I did - replace the cabin air filter and get a tire rotation). Also told me the engine air filter was going, but would be ok until the next oil change, so I'll do that then. I think I was done only about 20 more minutes after that. Again, the guy was very nice and very professional the whole way through. I'll admit it is not the cheapest oil change I've ever had, but the level of service I received more than makes up for that. There's just a sense of peace knowing that your vehicle has been taken care of the right way the first time. It was the first time I was there, but it won't be the last. A+

Alex Arnold helped me find the perfect vehicle! He was even able to work with me to get something that fit my needs. I actually made a decision on one at another location, but as we were waiting on paperwork, it ended up being sold in that moment. He came at me with the same type of vehicle that was just sold. It was a little out of my price range but he was able to work with me! Great personality and great sales person! Jasmine was very helpful too! They have great team here! I would recommend them again!

Sold a vehicle to them in short order. They were professional, but friendly and everyone was on the same team! Richard was a great first contact and then I was able to work with Bob and especially Jasmine. It felt great to work with real professionals that treated us like real people. Afterward, they even offered me a ride to my next destination. When I return to Madison, I'll work with them for my next vehicle. Mike was tough, but fair! Two thumbs up.

Alex Arnold helped us and worked so hard to get us into a certified 2020 Ford Eco sport. We love it!! Thank you so much!! Alex was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond for us!! Was never pushy just helped us the entire time, even though he was finishing up another sale he still made us priority. Stayed late and helped us clean out our old car too, plus helped us set up everything in the new car. We have never had a salesman do that ever!!
