I ordered an adult meal moo Burger. The manager could not speak good English so there was communication issues I was given a child's meal and I requested a refund. The manager stated they don't give refunds. I had not eaten anything and was put off by the attitude & food. The owner too said they won't give refunds. I'm not going to pay anything I'm dissatisfied with, and is not what I ordered. so that's why I'm leaving one star. I stayed that I would contact corporate to report my treatment & was just trying to enjoy Juneteenth with my child. The owner sent me a nasty text message this is it: Owner Jon: "Thank you for the photos" Now i will ask you & your kid to never order from, or come in to any of my mooyah restaurants again."

We went here after badger hockey camp,girls were looking for a good Shake after getting here we all ordered burgers to go but after each taking a bite we decided to eat an early dinner! And after 40 minutes burger’s were gone and everyone was full they are definitely the best burgers we have ever had! Oh yeah the real ice cream shake was delicious also.. Went and got pickup, restaurant was clean and the only worker in there was very friendly. The food however, was not good at all. Dried out burger not at all what I’ve gotten from moo yah in the past. Darker spots in the picture are hard as a rock and crunchy. Lettuce was hard and stringy, seems like it’s been sitting out all day. Very thick tomato slice that didn’t cover the bun. Pieces were ripped off the bun which makes me think it was dropped in something or was moldy. Edit: burger was so bad I couldn’t take more than a few bites and I’m not feeling well now.

Sweet potato fries are so delicious! Busy and loud but great for a lively atmosphere. Service for takeout is quick and smooth. Main crowd is young adults, typically college students. Food is good every time.

Incredibly fast, incredibly delicious, and several diverse options to better enhance your dining experience. Also, there is self-serve ordering. Burgers are an iconic comfort food and MOOYAH'S is one of our favorite burger outlets when visiting Madison. Thank you and see you soon!

My first time to mooyah burger. Food was good. Service was fast. Just in my opinion, the food is expensive for a combo meal. And only grilled cheese for kids option meal. Again that's just my opinion. The food and service were great tho. And the shakes.

It took two tries to get my hamburger made the right way. They still couldn’t get it made the right way. I gave them two stars because they did try. But if you want a hamburger that is made wrong then go here. I would not say the hamburgers are the worst but they are close. And no I don’t need somebody contacting me and apologizing. I kind of just think there are a lot of other better places to go for a good hamburger.

We were attracted by the menu, locally sourced ingredients. The set up is very similar to 5 guys. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. We sat outside and enjoyed our food. I found the burger to be a bit too salty, the queso is not what I expected it was thick and had no flavor other than salt. The chips and fries were really good!

Slimey yet satisfying. Greasy burgers for greasy people. Loved every second of it. Might stop back, maybe not. Go Badgers!

This was a "look up and find something to eat while in a location we do not visit often/ever.". This place was great. Got our food for four within 5-10 minutes after ordering everything was delicious. Menu has a small variety for different diets. Food was fresh and flavorful. Would love to see one closer to home
