This Aarons is a joke and the Manager and her employees are ignorant and rude to their customers. Their employees that go around picking up the stuff from your houses, are liars as well and tell their managers whatever to make themselves look good so they don’t lose their jobs! Absolutely uncalled for and they should all lose their jobs!

Aaron's in Palatka is a JOKE l paid rent on washer/dryer combo on Dec 8th 2021 l called the 9th said it would be delivered Dec 17th it was with no curiosity call of time or on the way,what if l hadn't been home..then when the dryer was unboxed there was a dent in side at bottom delivery guys to photo said manager would call,lve left 4 in store mgs an guys said the manager would call bout dent would work out something or replace then Aaron's took upon themselves to set next payment due 01/01/22...keep in mind l paid on 12/08 it wasnt del until 12/17 and I'm still waiting on a return call from 12/09 ..2 payments in less than a month an they dont return calls an the Home office in Atlanta,Ga. just as bad. I guess the apple dont fall from the tree! I wouldnt reccomend Aaron's in Palatka,Fl. Bitter taste for Aaron's R.T.O

Sigh: this starts with have used this company for Years, yes years in another area of this country. Never have I had such communication breakdowns. It was over a riding lawn mower. The first one was delivered as "new" but was clearly used (tree branches, grass on the deck used).phone calls as to the price and a a few back and forths. Finally the manager decided to become involved and changed the price.when the mower broke(yea we knew that was coming)they came and got the mower, a week went by, two weeks, on the third week I called to "oh they don't go out to the mechanic until the end of the month" and it takes two week to get it back". Well I wasn't going to make a rental payment on something in the shop. Well they brought out a "newer" mower (still used) I don't believe troy built ships with bent deck wheels. Back around with the price "no its not new the wheels are bent the blades are dull and the front axle had no grease in its fittings. No sir this mower is also used and I'm paying for new again, after the swap out. Now that it is payed off( by a month) it will not start, the "truck driver" ? Changed the battery, yeah after I checked it (I'm a control electrician)and told them it was charged to 90 percent (communication) is a great thing. And I found out today that it will take a week for the mechanic to even see. Once again communication is a great thing. Should have kept it. I have left my wife out of this review. It just added to the whole adventure. If you read this Aarons I WILL not use you again.

Bill was able to examine my vehicles problem,though Bill wasn't able to fix my problem due to the expense of the job. But Bill was able to direct me to a couple locations that will be able to reduce my money load..As soon as we get the parts in I will get my car back to liables and resume work...

I love this place. I could get stuff on a card instead, but the service is great and if I have issues, I can return it, or they work with me. This is priceless, even tho the interest is high.

I’ve never had a problem getting what I needed at the Palatka Aaron’s. And if they didn’t have it, they made sure to do their best to get it for me. Even when I was having trouble with my HP laptop that I purchased from them and was paid off, Jeannie sent it to HP and got it fixed and back to me faster than I had anticipated. Jeff and Robby (Robbie sp?) are awesome. They make sure that I always have a great experience when I stop by the store (even when I’m not buying anything and just looking at new products). Over the years I’ve purchased a recliner, big screen tv, HP special edition laptop with Beats, 2 Blu-ray players, Samsung tablet and a LG washer & dryer. I just purchased another recliner that will be delivered today. Can’t wait! I plan on buying another recliner and another tv in the near future. I won’t go anywhere else but Aaron’s. When you stop by, make sure to see Jeff, Robby or Jeannie (she’s going to be back in June). They’ll treat you right.

staff is well trained at being polite and nice... but trying to charge me for something I DON'T WANT is not cool... $120 for trash software for a laptop i was interested in, yet the software was not already installed, i had to install it myself, which never would have happened... (TRASH SOFTWARE)..... i told them i did not want the software, the basically said tough... its not our choice, you get it no matter what. ... with this i ripped up the contract and stormed out very pissed... i was going to go back the next week to buy a washer/dryer set, they can kiss that revenue good bye.

Jeanie was exceptional when setting up my account and getting delivery scheduled. Perfect personality, and very helpful staff. Not the best interior layout for a mobility challenged person, but would visit again.
