I messed my order up and they took responsibility. It was so not their fault. The crew was so nice. The food was really good. Better than normal and it's never been bad.

This store has sometimes been hit/miss, but today good and especially service were top notch. Brandi was phenomenal. From what I could tell she was taking orders and helping run the expo window. She took care with our order and when I went back for more condiments she addressed me AND remembered me by name. Those are the little things that set customer service apart, and I hope she is recognized for her awesome work ethic. Food was hot, tenders were great, portions were perfect. I don’t know if something has changed in the last few months, but this store has surely stepped it up!

Food is decent. Was even fast. Problem is it was wrong. Don't know how insane sauce gets mixed up with wimpy. Such a bland dinner. I wanted the burn as that sauce is really good.

My husband and I ordered bbq boneless wings, chicken finger plate tossed in wimpy sauce, and fries with no seasoning salt. My husband said that the boneless wings were very good. The chicken fingers tossed in wimpy sauce were pretty good as well. Presentation could’ve been better but other than that, it was pretty great.

I go here when I need a good kids meal for my nephew. Drive thru is always crowded but I mobile order and pick up inside and never have to wait. Their ice is awesome and their tea is great.

My husband and I ordered bbq boneless wings, chicken finger plate tossed in wimpy sauce, and fries with no seasoning salt. My husband said that the boneless wings were very good. The chicken fingers tossed in wimpy sauce were pretty good as well. Presentation could’ve been better but other than that, it was pretty great.

Super slow,wrapped around the restaurant. Ordered got to the window order was all incorrect and discovered that we were overcharged and not given the correct items. Still ate it and what bothered me even more is that the food was cold and over cooked… like seriously

Zaxbys has really lost their touch at this location, a DM should definitely spend an entire day here and fix up their methods. Pay extra for tossed tenders and extra sauce - hardly ever get that. Team members in the drive thru window almost ALWAYS have an attitude . A gentleman named Raph had the worst rbf and even proceeded to allow me to see him roll his eyes at me having a second order to my car . What happened to zaxbys old hospitality ?

Salty and old. I ordered the Niblerz. The chicken was too salty, the bread was old and hard. This is the 3rd time in the past year I’ve tried to eat those Niblerz but they were too salty. But to add more salt to the wound, stale hard bread?! I really liked them in the past so I don’t know who’s idea it was to add more salt. I give up and won’t be back for your heart attack Nibblerz.

It's all my food came out fresh and I understand that Friday nights and Saturday nights are very busy still is not an excuse to mess up the order every time I think they need to train people better on how to pay attention to what they are reading though we are all allowed mistakes order accuracy is very important in this business just ask Chick-fil-A.

A friend ordered us food at work through a food delivery app. The food arrived hot and fresh, but unfortunately there was a staple in my chicken tender (breaded and fried, too). Needless to say, I wasn't too keen on eating my food after that. It's pretty strange and off-putting that there was a *staple* in my chicken, but it also could have turned into a very serious health risk if I had not seen it and ended up swallowing it. So I would say to check for sharp bits of metal before eating your food!
