Can't say much about it Lowe's. I mainly go to Home Depot but got volunteered to go pick up a friend of a friend's new small deep freezer chest to pickup and deliver. Putting myself in a bad situation having another volunteer to my truck for delivery when they could have used a Y Haul truck they rent it use the truck supplies by Lowe's like Home Depot to deliver such items as long as it is returned within a hour. I made it clear to NEVER VOLUNTEER MY TIME AND TRUCK FOR ANYONE BECAUSE MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE IF NOT MORE THAN THEIRS SO NEVER ALLOW ANYONE TO VOLUNTEER YOUR SERVICES WITHOUT TALKING TO YOU FIRST. IT'S NOT RIGHT IN THE LEAST BUT LEAVE ME OUT OF ANY IDEA SOMEONE ELSE THINKS THEY HAVE A IDEA OF USING YOUR SERVICE WHEN I COULD HAVE HAD PLANS OF MY OWN. THEY ONLY THINK OF THEMSELVES WITH NO REGRETS IN VOLUNTEERING YOU TO DO SOMETHING FOR ANOTHER YOU DONT KNOW AND NEVER MET. In close I only go to Lowe's if Home Depot doesn't have it sold out of what I am there to get.

I ordered a Weber grill with assembly. After 2 weeks of showing arrival at the store it never got assembled. I called and was told it’s being put together today. That was a week ago. Now it shows that’s it’s on back order. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this store. And they charged me twice for the grill.

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 6-17-22 (it was a "scratch & dent" someone ordered and refused). Yes everything was with the unit but after we got it home and everything moved in it and it's been a nightmare since. The bottom ice maker makes 14 cubes in 24hours and the top makes ice (not as much as it supposed to), water runs out first before filling the cup with ice. We've read the book, watched every YouTube video, reset it. I called Samsung, the first company was supposed to come on June 20th but when I called to confirm they said Samsung was stupid for scheduling service because they don't know if they even have parts for it so they couldn't come out until July 8, the second never responded by email nor phone, now I called the third company yesterday after reporting this back to Samsung and they haven't responded by email nor phone. I called Lowe's for the manager yesterday since they had the exact same refrigerator sitting up close to the service desk marked down and wanted to see what could be done. Brian Hoffman had left, apparently he won't be in today so I asked for his email. Needless to say the entire conversation with the service counter has been a total fiasco just trying to find out how and when I could get in touch with him. Beware of buying discounted items, especially appliances because it's obvious they don't test them to make sure they function properly, they just stick them in the aisle with a mark down tag. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER (yet we spend a good deal of money there both personally and through our business).

Came out from California to remodel a house. Within the couple weeks of being here I have had to visit the store almost everyday. Everyone is very helpful. Chuck and Vanessa at the pro desk have also made it very easy for me to get what I need at a good price!

While Lowe's system couldn't pull up the items even though I had the receipt and credit card used for purchase, Cameron Bryan thought outside the box and figured out a way to locate them in the system to successfully complete my returns. One item had been mistakenly returned at another store in lieu of the item I had actually brought in to return. So, a receipt was needed which I located at home. Cameron gave me his email so that I could get in touch in case I needed additional support. While it took forever to jump through the hoops (Lowe's fault not Cameron's), Cameron had a great attitude and was amazingly helpful!

Special ordered siding that took two months to get here and it's the wrong type. I double checked my order and it was correct. Now I can't get anyone to respond or fix it. Troy said he'd call me back that day and have a resolution. Now it's been 5 days so I decided to call the store. I explained what happened to the person who answered and was then put on hold. Someone finally took me off hold after 45 minutes, but only for a minute and never spoke a word to me, and then put me on hold again. In the meantime, I had called from a second phone after being on hold for 30 minutes. I was immediately put on hold. Now I'm on hold with both phones. UNREAL! I guess Lowe's is still fine if you don't need any help. But if you do, you're in trouble. Update....waited over an hour before I finally hung up.

Need more help loading items. Store needs to be prepared when mulch goes on sale. See to many workers roaming parking lot and not working or helping customers. Clerks not ringing items up correctly causing you to have to go up front customer service and wait in loading line another 30 minutes. Customer service said the same lady did the same mistake yesterday.

Katherine in customer care went above and beyond to get it done. Thanks for going to the warehouse to find my order and figure out the problem!! Great job. Also was assisted by an older gentleman with gray hair in hardware Saturday afternoon and he solved several of my problems. I am very thankful he was so willing to help.

I normally prefer Lowe’s over Home Depot due to ease of finding items and level of service. Customer service at this Lowe’s is atrocious! Good luck finding any workers to assist you. Not a one off, but a regular thing. They will continually ignore patrons and if you’re lucky enough to find one to help you, they’ll greet you with an attitude. If you don’t want to work, go live off the state like the low life you are.

Beautiful plants and flowers. They have patio furniture is marked down. Very beautiful looking patio furniture also. Nice flags for your flag poles. All type of bug sprays for outdoors and for your body. I like Lowe's home improvement store.
