Very impressed with the customer service. We purchased Trex boards for our patio deck - not only were the boards in stock at a very competitive price, they were also delivered on time and when we purchased a few extra boards that weren't needed, they were restocked very timely and without any issues or extra fees. We are so glad to have picked the local option over the big store brands. Way to go!

After waiting over 6 months for two windows, i received one because the employee broke the other. Wait another month ( 7 months total ) with no communication from anyone from this company. They would get a call, say they will call back and never did! I went there this morning and Jeff, seem to be upset that I’m asking for satisfaction. I asked him to treat me as if i was white. I think when you have a paying customer that’s spent his money 6 months ago only to still not receive what he paid for and act like this person has no rights………… So as our intense conversation continues here goes James ( the house boy ) to the rescue. Trying to intimidate a paying upset customer was attempted to no prevail. James went back to his corner once his handler realized he was ineffective. Poor James, is going to have to step it up if he plan on being this company’s Tobi. Chris, who is the manager ended up refunding me my money. No apologies or cares given about the time that was wasted ( black folks don’t have feeling ) This company gives black people subpar service and expect you to be happy about it and if you are not they will call James, and the rest to try to intimidate . lol …… still laughing at James 😂

Such nice people!! I went to the Lawrenceville location today after calling to find out they had exactly what I needed. The line had a couple people ahead of me, and even then, someone came out from an office room to assist. After a very bad experience at a place in Tucker on Main St., it was so refreshing to experience such friendly, helpful people. This will be my "go to" first place from now on.

Randall Brothers used to be the go to place for lumber of great quality. But recently their customer service has fallen through the floor. They can't be bothered don't return emails or calls and more recently hung up on me when I called to see if they had in stock a an RB-32. They don't know whats in their catalogue or whats in stock. Tried to order doors through them and had to show up in person twice and still never got the estimate. Talked to other small contractors and they all say the same thing. Difficult to work with like they don't want your business. Shame!

I had to beg to get a quote for some Trex and Fortress handrail product. Once I got the quote within the week that it took to get approval and payment from my customer the price went up. I had to demand that they honor the first quote. The first delivery attempt was only about half of the material. The second delivery attempt, about half of what they delivered was wrong. This was my first attempt with Fortress, so I sent a drawing of the deck to the salesperson Edwar and he helped complete my order. Instead of ordering the stair railing brackets, he sent angle brackets(not for stairs). I asked a question of Edwar the Friday before Thanksgiving and had to call him two more times to finally get the answer two weeks later. I redesigned the deck and had to change my railing configuration and was sent to PMC in Marietta. They tried to load the wrong handrail in my truck. I had to go into the warehouse and find the right product for them. They did manage to load the wrong post into my truck, I didn't catch that. Altogether a horrible experience. The customer service was horrible! The attention to detail was tragic. I intend for this to be my last Randall Brothers/PMC experience.

Ordered some unique doors for a client to match existing doors from the 1940s. The doors from Randall Brothers matched fantastically and had modern insulated glass panels. Great job!

Excellent service from Edgar! He gave us expert advice, information and tips to start the crown moulding project for our home. Went the extra mile to check on a lock set we were interested in and provided timely feedback. Best selection and pricing. Sorry Home Depot and Lowes. Randall Bros is the only place for moulding, doors and hardware.
