Wish they would answer the phone been trying to find my dishwasher all week says it was delivered on the application but not in my house....what is going on people answer the phone! Probably my last big purchase to much of a hassle when they can't communicate!

I called on the phone,. Rang 8 to 10 times,. No associate answered Decided to drive walk in., lady at counter never acknowledged me; I the person at counter. Need to update key copy sales. Same day, not mailed. Simply rude.

Clean store, good stops there. I picked up $1129 worth of wood trim. Grabbed large amounts of each from the shelf, loaded up and went to work. Installed half of the trim when I came across a piece that was the wrong height. Unfortunately I had already cut ~7” off. I went to Lowes to grab another piece, the lady at customer service didn’t want to listen to anything or hear from me. Just stated we cannot accept any cut wood. Zero thought or concern when it was stacked/placed in the wrong area. Home Depot from now on. They have a ZERO BS return process and people who actually care to listen.

Best, most knowledgeable service I’ve had at a home improvement store! The man we had assisting us with plumbing issues, Chris, was amazing and really went above and beyond to help us out. Home Depot nearby is ok too but lowes is for sure my new go to store!

Pertaining to the outdoor, lawn and garden center. I received top-notch service from associates and the manager of the department in selecting a new grill and the process behind the purchase/delivery. Chris was awesome and remembered me when I came back for some additional tools. I was once an HD guy; however, Chris and his associates have won my business.

Worst experience ever! I sent my handyman to pick up an oversized order. They told him it wasn't in the store. So, and hour later I go and it is there. They lied to him so they didn't have to bring it up front!!! I will never shop Lowes again! Extremely rude lazy employees! I'm force to stand in their parking lot in 100 degrees waiting for someone else to pick up since they sent my handyman away!

Though Lowe's may not have "the curbside appeal" of Home Depot...they ARE an under-rated competitor. Like most other "modern corporate businesses" (including Home Depot)...they lack not only help, but competent help. With that said, they still have good products at affordable prices & I still like shopping there.

Instead of using Home Depot across street I decided to give my business to Lowes. Uncrowded nice enough staff but they rang up more items than I had bought. Tried to ring them up asked for customer service - at that point it rang multiple times & they literally picked up phone twice & hung it up so it would stop ringing. Neal Sherman Manager really failing in instilling the idea of providing customer service. So I’ve been overcharged & they won’t talk to you. Excellent - guess back to the Depot

Just wanted to take the time to recognize the outstanding world class customer service I received from your appliance folks, especially Devin, Marsha, and Cynthia. Tomas and Tom were great also. The delivery and install team of Jose and Carlos were the best I've ever dealt with as well. We bought a washer, dryer, gas range and refrigerator from the sales folks, and would have purchased the microwave as well if you had it in stock. The whole experience was top notch. Management, you've got a great team here!

I ordered a patio set online for pick up. When I arrived at the store the item was brought out in a box that was clearly opened and looked very rough (box pictured below). I asked the associate if the item was open box or if there was anything wrong with it. They assured me there was nothing wrong and that the box was just banged up. When I got home I started to put the patio set together but not very surprisingly I soon ran into an issue. It was obvious the patio set had been a return due to a defective item. One of the bolt holes on a welded piece was facing the wrong way and I was unable to put the set together (correct and incorrect bolt hole pictured below for comparison). I had to break out my metal drill set and create a hole big enough for the bolt to pass through (ruining the drill bit). I did this to avoid having to travel back to the store, go through the return process, and invest more time in an item I spend hundreds of dollars on. This should have never happened since I ASKED UP FRONT WHY THE ITEM LOOKED OPEN BOX AND ASKED IF THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH IT. There was no excuse for the associate to still push the item with no suggestion for getting a different one from in the store. I have yet to contact customer support but will be updating this based on how they handle the situation…
