Absolutely horrible I pumped my gas today and watched it approve my card inside before pumping and the gas attendant told me a few minutes after that it didn't go through when it 100% did because it took it off my card and I showed her my account where it had taken it off and her boss said even after showing this to them I would have to pay again Absolutely trash I refused and he told me to leave fine with me I'll never be back again I promise you neither will my husband or family after today ~Kena

This is not a knock on the employees that work tirelessly inside the store, but this is for who ever sets up the prompts at pay at the pump. Many , many, many times I have gone to get gas and pay at the pump and a prompt comes up are you a rewards member, I check no and it cancels out the whole sale. Then I have to walk inside to pay for gas, I DO NOT like waiting in lines or have people breathing on the back of my neck, if I wanted to go inside the store for something in which I do on occasion I will try to wait until the line clears. But most of the time I'm just getting gas in which every where else I can simply slide my card and get my gas. Racetrack on the other hand I guess you are forced to be a rewards member to have the privilege of pay at the pump. ~Brandon

Just wanted to take the time to recognize the outstanding world class customer service I received from your appliance folks, especially Devin, Marsha, and Cynthia. Tomas and Tom were great also. The delivery and install team of Jose and Carlos were the best I've ever dealt with as well. We bought a washer, dryer, gas range and refrigerator from the sales folks, and would have purchased the microwave as well if you had it in stock. The whole experience was top notch. Manager Jason refused to help me with a wire transfer fee after a delay that was due to the banks delay. Had to wait with 2 year old at lawyers office far longer than the bank estimated. Satya was very helpful, but very disappointed to hear that "certain customers wire fees" can be waived -but I don't meet the requirements after being with chase for years. Would not recommend this branch after such poor customer care from management. ~Zac
