I'll do my shopping online from now on. I just got gouged on pricing at Orielly's for oil filters and oil. $11.99 for a WIX 51060 oil filter ($7.47 Walmart) $6.26 for a MGD MGL57561 oil filter ($3.49 Walmart) $17.99 for a Wix 57398 oil filter ($11.99 Onan OEM) $9.99 for a quart Mobil 1 5-30 wait oil ($7.89 Walmart) I felt taken advantage of and won't be going back Shame on you Orielly's.

Some of the staff are knowledgeable. New ones aren't! Something as simple as looking up E3 spark plugs was too much for a new staff member. I was given lawnmower plugs for a Dodge Neon. I knew the plugs were wrong and I had to go to the Dawsonville store to get the correct plugs. The staff at Dawsonville can teach Keith's Bridge location a thing or two.

Rude workers! Went to look at a chemical guys product, bottle was slippery when picked it up and it slipped out of my hand and busted. Guys we’re being so rude saying “be glad that wasn’t a $55 bottle” we continued to say “do we have to pay for this?” guy said in a rude tone of voice “yup.” I get dropping a bottle and it busting, yes I was going to pay for it but there was no need for the attitude towards me, being a teenage girl. Guys behind the counter laughing and not taking their job seriously. No longer getting my $$. Atleast I was already purchasing air fresheners so it wasn’t like I was walking out of there not purchasing anything.

Been here a few times. As long as "Austin" isn't helping you, you're good, but it's obvious Austin hates his job. So steer clear of Austin and you should be good to go.

I stopped about 30 minutes before closing time looking to get some new tail light bulbs. The guys working in there were friendly and helped me get the right bulbs and wipers. It was a nice change from being ignored because I'm female.

The assistant manager here is the best I've had all year. I just went to the advance across the street they act as if they don't Know anything and have no interest at coming from behind the counter to help with anything. These guys here today we're knowledgeable and well mannered. Hard to find in this industry. He actually seemed to give a $hit. Give this dude a raise!!! Johnathan
