I came in with a nail in my tire and Devon not only gave me pliers to get the nail but he also patched the hole for me. He also brought out an automatic pump to get it back up to pressure. Cannot thank him enough for the help as it got me back on the road ASAP. Incredible service, this man deserves a promotion or raise!

Ex-employee was threatening a current employee in the store. Very ‘professional’. Nobody called the cops and I stayed there a long time until the idiot left the store.

They had the parts I needed in stock. Core/ warranty returns are easy. All parts fit and work as well as OE.

I go there occasionally but have learned to expect NO assistance in any way, even with checkout. So, I only go when I am certain I can help myself and tolerate wait time to check out. Go to O'Reilly's instead for routine purchases.

Absolutely would never recommend this store. Called to ask a question about parts I needed and the boy that answered the phone had no clue what he's was talking about and made jokes and laughed saying they didn't have the part without even looking even though the website clearly stated they sold the product. I use autozone everyday for my work... sadly this store will never get my business again.

It might not be every person that works in the store but what happened when I went there was my car has locking lug nuts and I didn't know that until I went to go get a tire for my car so left the tire shop walked in the parts store to see if I could get any help from someone yeah but the guy who helped me didn't want to and you could tell he was not much at helping or anything but I did get what I needed in my opinion if you don't like your job and want to have poor hospitality towards people then you need to leave that job and find another one I wish I could put a name to this guy but I didn't catch it it might not be every one that works at that store and it could have been he was having a bad day who knows but when you work around people you need to try to be more of a help then just showing them you don't really care

Our salesperson was great. He was so patient and kind. I can't remember his name but if I did I would of recommend him to anyone. But yes I would also recommend this place to anyone too.

Cynthia is the epitome of great customer service! After helping us locate all of the right products with ease, she installed a brand new air filter and refilled our coolant! She even helped us with a brake light inspection and informed us that we may need a new battery soon. All of this was done in grueling 95 degree weather! Incredible!

Yesterday (Tuesday 03/31/20) I came into the store at 5 minutes till close (7 PM) and Matt was more than willing to help me. He took the time to speak with the mechanic on the phone while I was in store. Which helped insure that I got just the right part I needed. Thank you for going above and beyond! STORE #3827 & Matt are the best!!!
