My van broke down in the middle of the night on highway 6. Robertson County sheriff's office gave me the number of, I believe, a Johnathan McKay that works here so I could see if I could get coolant delivered. He told me to just drive to the nearby Love's and buy some. Come to find out from a guy in the parking lot that even just driving a short distance with no coolant can scorch your engine. He was right, engine's toast and I'm out all the money I saved up through college and no longer have a functioning van. Hell of a cost for some bad advice, I wish I never got his number and just stayed put.

We broke down and they towed us from Hearne, TX all the way to Magnolia, TX for a fair price. Tow truck driver Roy was great! His name is tattooed on his arm so you know it's him!

We got a flat tire infront of the DQ at the corner. Eventhough the shop was closed but the gentleman working there noticed the urgency of the situation and helped us on his off day. We cannot thank him enough and highly recommend this shop for their great service and proficiency.

Sign said open until 630, I arrived at 620 and they were locked up with the lights off. Could have saved 30 minutes by driving straight to another parts store if they were honest about when they shut down.

They towed and stored our company vehicle after a crash. They took the extra step to cover the drivers window and protected the inside during rains. Kudos and thanks.

Horrible company! My vehicle got stolen and they were called to tow it from where it was recovered. They then slapped me with a $250 tow bill to literally pick up the vehicle 2 blocks away from their yard. When asked why it was so high and that it was ridiculous to make someone pay $250 to get their car that someone had stolen from them, the response was “so I shouldn’t get paid because your car got stolen” I’ve never met such a rude person before especially in such a stressful situation when all I was asking for was a little help on the price not for them to give it back for free. When we were trying to get my car in neutral to get it on the car hauler we asked for his assistance and again got nothing but rudeness and no help. Then when I informed I was having another tow truck driver to come get vehicle he was trying to make it even more difficult saying they couldn’t come get my car without a notarized form which is incorrect because I had already paid for the bill and the car was released to me. Then as we are trying to move the car out of his yard, we get yelled at to move our truck as I’m literally walking to it to move it and when my brother in law said something back which may not have been the best response but at this point we are all hot, tired, and stressed he proceeds to call the police on us. All in all I’m grateful to have my stolen car back but having to go through all of this and then receive such rudeness and uncaring from someone is just ridiculous. I would never use this person or business ever!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I came to retrieve my personal belongings (including wedding ring) after I was in a severe accident and insurance claimed it as a total loss. I was told when I got there I COULD get my items. After I started to retrieve my items I was told I couldn’t get anything from the car and I needed to leave and that I was criminally trespassing (after they LET me in). They proceeded to lock the gate and hold me in the lot, and called city police. My insurance company said they have NEVER heard of such a thing. I would stay as far away from this place as humanly possible.

My car broke down on the way home from Austin and I had the pleasure of leaving my car with Penick's. The staff is incredibly rude, very short, they interrupt and talk over you when you ask a simple question. I was told I had a charge and gave my credit card information so that they would release my car, now two weeks later they're saying that I owe them money, and the lady- I use that term loosely- that I just spoke with said "well I don't know who you talked to but I didn't take your credit card information." They're extremely unhelpful and will only do the bare minimum and are seemingly unwilling to help in any way, shape, or form. Take your business somewhere else if you have the chance.

Horrible. Stopped to get some ratchet straps, and noticed nothing in the store had a price tag...that was the first red flag. Asked the counter guy why nothing was priced.. He got offended and told me to take my business elsewhere. Napa should be ashamed of this operation. I own multiple businesses and have over 200 employees Andy understand customer service. I have been to hundreds of auto parts stores in my 47 years, and I have never seen one with no price tags on their items, nor have I have have never been treated this badly anywhere.
