Horrible experience at this tmobile, avoid caleb at all costs. Bad attitude snooty, and would not honor deals. Lady manager was nice. Caleb is a tool.

The guy from customer service just lacked personality at all... must be a nice guy but I couldnt help feel like I some how incovenied him by asking to upgrade my line.

Kim Is incredible, Very knowledgeable about phone swapping from an older device amd everything else. I had an S7 that kept crashing and it was a serious issue. She assisted me in getting all my contacts and photos swapped to my new S20. Highly recommend the t-mobile store on freedom parkway. Great team

Thankfully for this store. Kimberly has been AMAZING every time we come. My husband and I have had issues with our phones, Apple Watches, and t mobile plan since we merged from Sprint. We initially went to the t mobile in Dawsonville as its 15 minutes away from our home. But since they ruined our experience and messed up and over charged us we drive the 30 minutes to this store instead. They’re honest. Transparent and focused. They help us every time and Kim does everything she can to make sure we’re happy every time Thanks Kim. You are the only representative we let help us 😌

This store was so amazing. Kim had fantastic customer service on the phone and when I went into the store Caleb helped me get my broken phone upgraded. They were incredible and so helpful. The Dawsonville location sucked. The Keith bridge store will continue to get my business.
