I have been going to this Good Year location exclusively, since I moved here from Alpharetta 5 years ago. Sal and Scott and their Team have always taken excellent care of all of my car repair and maintenance needs - brakes, tires, oil changes and everything in between. They have always been honest and fair with the diagnosis and pricing. I would recommend this location with Sal and Scott without hesitation. Had free tire rotation today. I bought my Goodyear tires in a Goodyear store in Ohio a few years ago. Manager Scott nicely provided tire rotation for free. He was very friendly and the service is well done.

We have followed Sal as he worked at one Goodyear closer to us but we drive further because of how Sal treats us and how he handles business.We also worked with him when he owned his own shop in Duluth.Recentjy we had a issue- he quoted the cost to repair- when we came to pick it up ,it was $700 cheaper as he said he didn’t have to repair all he quoted. That doesn’t happen at every auto repair shop. I would recommend anyone go to see Sal and the team at the Old Atlanta. He will be honest and walk you through everything.The team is worth driving extra distance.

I have dealt with Sal for many years at Goodyear. I ran over something and put a hole in one of my tires which had a road hazard warranty. I called Sal and he ordered the matching tire. Called me when it came in and replaced the tire while I waited. Service was great. I have followed Sal from another Goodyear close to my house to this one. My whole family has relied on Sal and Goodyear for many years.

I picked up a bolt in my tire. Another tire shop told me the tire needed to be replaced. Based on this Sal quoted me for a new tire. I was pleasantly surprised when Sal called me to tell me that my tire was actually repairable and that he had it ready for me to put back on the car. I brought the car over and waited for it where they remounted the tire, put my spare back in the storage spot, and got me back on the road in excellent time. It’s rare in these times to find a great service provider who will actually do the right thing to help a customer save money. Thanks Goodyear. Excellent work

Sal and Scott are terrific. I drove into the store today without an appointment with a slow leak. They got me and out fast and it was - ON THE HOUSE. Best customer experience ever with an auto repair shop.

Just got back from Goodyear and the customer service was outstanding!!! I had a screw in my tire and the wait time was over 2 hours. I explained I was from Texas and here for my son’s baseball tournament. He had a game in a couple of hours. They got me in and took care of me within 40 mins. My hats off to the crew working today. Outstanding job gentlemen!!!

Sal was amazing. Beat all other prices and my SUV looks great. Highly recommend this location (not all Goodyear locations but this one) bc of Sal and his team. You can see the before and after pics below. Went from a 20 to 22s.
