Best bank in Cumming, Georgia (GA) 2024

I have banked with Regions Bank for over 35 years. The reason for my loyalty is great customer service. Sarah Tront went above and beyond to assist me in ordering my new checks. I made several mistakes in giving her my information and she was patient and understanding each time I called. Thank you Regions and thank you Sarah☺️ ~Liz

Manager Jason refused to help me with a wire transfer fee after a delay that was due to the banks delay. Had to wait with 2 year old at lawyers office far longer than the bank estimated. Satya was very helpful, but very disappointed to hear that "certain customers wire fees" can be waived -but I don't meet the requirements after being with chase for years. Would not recommend this branch after such poor customer care from management. ~Zac
