😞 much to be desired. They were out of ice. The counters were wet with spilled drinks. The sauce that was handed to me was wet with sticky drink. The fries had no salt, the one saving grace was the chicken sandwich was fresh

Terrible, terrible, indescribably terrible customer service at 5:45 AM on 7/25. So incredibly embarrassing to have the 2 girls at the counter misrepresenting Chick Fil A. Asked what time they opened and the girl says “I don’t know,” turns around and keeps stocking. My 13 year old daughter asked first and came back and said how rude she was. Then I walked up asked the same thing, When I told her “Your behavior is ridiculous” her response was “you came at me” as if this is a street fight instead of you being paid to do a job. Unbelievable. Just when you think overall service at this airport can’t get any worse, surprise!

Food order was wrong items were paid for but left off . I Naveroski have this issue anywhere but here. Couldnt go back to get a partial refund because had to get to flight. That’s why it’s even more important to make sure orders are efficient and correct at this location. Hopefully my experience is just a one off

Fast and friendly service even though the line was very long. The crew spoke loud and clear when calling customers for their food order. The food was very fresh and tasteful and the drinks were made as we ordered.

Taste as good as any other chick fil . This is on concourse A . The place can very crowded however the line moves fast.

Check your bag before you walk off. We didn’t get the hash browns we ordered and my yogurt looked like this. It is only half full. Very disappointed.

They don’t scan the app so you dont get points. I got literally HALF my order of fries And they have the classic Airport Mark Up. Sad. I love CFA but to pay more for literally have my order of fries to be in my bag… come on.

Great fresh food and amazing service. They do an incredible job of getting a mass amount of vehicles through the drive through in a short period of time without compromising the food quality. Their salads are nice and fresh with chicken chunks.

No gluten free buns. They don't sell grilled nuggets. They didn't include the fries I ordered. They weren't clear about whose name was being called. They gave 5 Polynesian sauces for two sandwiches (and didn't give me time to ask for ketchup). Who needs that many sauces?? Poorly managed.
