this is got to be the best customer service I have ever received from a Dunkin donuts no offense to the other Dunkin donuts but they were literally just regular people smiling talking and literally having a conversation without being rude and rushing me. I always get the same thing from every single Dunkin donuts they made the best coffee I don't know if it's because I came in the morning but this was literally the best frozen coffee I ever had they made it just the way I asked.

The store is ran by ignorant kids who have no meaning in life. It's good dunkin is an e.o.e. This place was superb. This place was so spotless and clean I don't have words for it. I've been inside of many, many Dunkin' Donuts but this one was the best out of them all. The customer service was excellent, the appearance was wonderful. The cleanliness of everything, is why they get 100 from me. The donuts were not stale. The drinks were not overflowing or too full. Each employee was neat in appearance. Everyone's hair was pulled back. No one had long fingernails. Each employee looked perfect. The tables was spotless,the floor was spotless and the bathroom was clean and smelled wonderful. This place is definitely a must. Features: All employees were face mask. There was a sign on the front door that mentioned social distancing.

Went through the drive through. Service was fast and friendly. But the mini pancakes smelt like motor oil and had black residue all over them. Not sure if that's dried up gear oil or dried up food residue but I'll take the hit and pass on it..

Came this past Saturday night to get a hot chocolate after a wonderful but cold night out at the Botanical Gardens Lights. Met immediately with an attitude by the worker who first rushed me through my order when I wasn’t finished and then after driving up to get my drinks asked me to move my car forward before I’d even gotten the hot drinks in the cup holder. I don’t appreciate the rudeness. We had a nice night and whatever he was going through he felt the need to stink up our mood with it. Not a fan.
