Just go to the location on Howell Mill Road for great customer service. Rude manager at this location. Never a bad experience with Ms. Cat or Monique at the Howell Mill Road location. Never again will I come here. Neither should you, if you can help it.

Great service! Cashier lady this morning was very friendly as I explained it’s to early for me to function. Food was ready quickly and overall great experience!

The point of sale device was broken so when I tried to tip 0 at checkout the touch screen didn't let me. I tried the 0 key as well but that also wasn't working, and so I kept trying with increasing levels of pressure. Nothing. The cashier (she had electric blue hair) just went "Oh the zero doesn't work" and pushed 1 on the keyboard so that she could TIP HERSELF. What in the everloving @#$&, I watched this person just give herself money so that I could order a sandwich. I was very clear that I didn't want to tip, I mean it's Einstein Bagels not a sit down restaurant. And when I confronted her about how convenient it was for her that customers were forced to tip in order to check out she just shrugged and went "it's not my store don't blame me man" when she was clearly the one in charge. Don't go here unless you want to be forced to tip someone for sticking a bagel in the toaster. Honestly one of the grossest interactions I've ever had with a cashier in my life.

This place is absolutely terrible. Only reason I keep going is because it’s under my apartment building. Horrible customer service, and they NEVER HAVE ANY BAGELS. Like I’ve been numerous times on a Sunday morning and they have 3 options. Plus they constantly get orders wrong, paid for 2 eggs and got 1. The worst Einstein I’ve been to, id avoid this one if possible

You'd think it'd be easy to put a few toppings on a bagel, but for these workers it's a skilled sport. Everytime I order the same bagel, the avocado veg out. I'm not sure what issues these people have, but it is always made different Everytime. Today I ordered it and I was given a completely different bagel... it's kinda sad that these people struggle making a bagel sandwich. DO NOT TIP. I shouldn't have to check my order because it's literally just a bagel, but unfortunately I'll have to Everytime now. Forget trying to edit your order either because I don't think these workers will even be able to comprehend the idea. Y'all make me mad.

Worst avocado I’ve ever been served at a restaurant. The avocado bagel was inedible. The avocado was old and nasty, flavorless and mushy, sliced up and smashed on the bagel, there was nothing else added to season it (please add lemon 🙏especially if it isn’t fresh), and it wasn’t enough avocado to cover the bagel. Really pretty disgusting. I took it off and ate the bagel plain.

The bathroom was gross. Food is great, customer service could use some work. Very tasty bagels and a good place for a filling breakfast. Asked for eggs on the side and no pepperoni on the pizza bagels, and neither requests were fulfilled. Great vibes otherwise!!

Our experience was so bad it was almost comical…almost. We arrived a little before 11 on a Sunday hoping to get a dozen bagels, sandwiches and cream cheese. I understand that we must have been late to the game because they were sold out of wheat, plain, Asiago… almost all of the bagels. They did have blueberry, 2 chocolate chip, a hash brown bagel (when I asked what it was the girl behind the counter said- I don’t know, I just started here), pumpernickel and I think cranberry. We decided that we would just go for 6 bagels and sandwiches and ordered the two chocolate chip and four blueberry as the 6 and for sandwiches we order pumpernickel and hash brown bagels both with extra bacon(crisp), egg and cheese. When my husband picked up the bag of six bagels, he asked why it was hot. We did not order them toasted. The said they they must just be freshly out of the oven. When we looked at them- they were all sliced and toasted. We showed them to the employee and they said- I can give you new bagels. They only had the blueberry so we swapped them for just blueberry and they threw in a container of cream cheese as an apology. We did not check our sandwiches until we were in the car but the pumpernickel was actually blueberry and the bacon was barely heated let alone crisp. We decided we would just eat the blueberry bagel with the cream cheese but when we opened it, it was moldy. We were too far from the shop to return but it was basically a $42 headache that left us hungry, frustrated and having to stop somewhere else for food.

The energy of this place was warm and friendly. The staff knew their regular customers who came in and even asked about their families. Hugs were exchanged. It feels great to be in a store or restaurant where people are friendly and know your name. It seems to be a rarity these days—especially in s major city.

Had to send a drink back because it was watery. They were great and made it again. They were looking at the recipe book while they made it. There were 2 other people in the entire building and no line at all and yet, it took us 10 min. to order 2 drinks and it took them another to make them. Not very impressed.
