I go thru and get a iced coffee very often and this one day I had my 3 dogs with me and I asked for a pup cup because everywhere we go places give pup cups free. Needless to say they charge a dollar for each shot size cup with a squirt of whip cream. There employee said it is because they have to charge to get money back for cups because a bag of sample cups are 200.00 for 500. Well they getting a huge profit of $300.00 per bag. Rant over 🤬🤬🤬

They don't even deserve a 1 star review honestly. This location is disgusting!!! I've worked at multiple Dunkin Locations all over the USA, and this location is just EWWWW!!! They have mold growing in the colata machine (which makes the frozen drinks) as well as their reach in coolers (which holds whipped cream, Cold foam, and all the refresher flavors). They are INFESTED with ROACHES, and they never wash their hands. Highly disappointed in this location. It use to have a Baskin Robbins inside but because of the cleanliness issues they removed it in December. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!!!

Don't order from this Dunkin! They're on their last audit before a total shut down. Mold was found in the Coolatta machines because they are never cleaned as well as other machines. Employees are constantly calling off because of poor management (manager never on call or replies to employees in timely manner as required). They have trainees training other trainees. Dead roaches have been found throughout the store and they're quick to lock the lobby doors during open hours because of constant call offs and inability to keep the store clean. This location needs to be shut down. Business is already low.. no need to poison customers with black mold and God knows what else.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. They had no donuts hardly at all and the three that I was actually able to get were cold as hell. I will never be back and will make sure that I tell my friends and family as well. This place was a joke.

This might’ve the best customer service I have ever experienced here tonight! The two women that were working, I unfortunately did not get their names, we’re so incredibly sweet. I felt bad because I went to the drive-through about 15 minutes before they were going to close and I just asked them to make me whatever drink they felt like making me since they didn’t have the one that I originally wanted. The drink was absolutely delicious, shout out to you girl who made it for me. I also needed to change my daughters diaper and I asked if I can come in and change it, they were more than happy to let me in to do that. I seriously felt so bad because it was so close to closing, but they were more than happy to help me.

The people who waited on us were very nice, but the owners are jerks. All of the leftovers are thrown out and people go dumpster diving to get perfectly good food. They will not donate anything to local food banks or shelters either. Also they no longer have ice cream.

Received a dried up bagel with a paper thin spread of vegetable cream cheese. CS told me to drive up because he couldn't hear me. Didn't ask anything what I needed, what I wanted. Didn't give me any napkins. I had to remind him that I ordered a coffee as well Please train your young employees better.
