I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM BERGAN BROTHERS, & WORSE YET MIKE BERGAN TELLS ME THEY DO THINGS AT A SLOW PACE!!!!!!!!! ID SAY & CUSTOMERS SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR SLOW PACE!!!!!! Disregard the 1 star for now, I placed order for 2french cuff dress shirts well over $100......since Wednesday 5/18 no tracking number, no delivery date, I called the owner & he was supposed to call me last night & he didn't. I hope I get these shirts this is my birthday present from my wife. Effective today 5/25 I cancelled my order!!! The shirts had not been shipped yet. I placed the order on 5/18 Wednesday morning. 6 business days go by & nothing shipped!!!!!! I reordered the same shirts thru another company & saved $15. Bergan Brothers charged me $114, the other company $100

Great place to shop for men's clothes. I have been shopping here for over 30 years and love the store and Mike is a gem.

I brought my father all the way here and was disappointed. They do not have good customer service skills. We were in the store for 10 mintues before anyone asked to help. The part that was disrespectful was the store wasn't busy. It had one customer in it and both salesmen were talking to the customers about his church home. Finally, one of the men come up and says how can I help you. When I brought how we were in the store for a while before getting greeted the man said because we didn't come to you fast enough. I told the saleman it wasn't that it was the fact that we had been in the store for a while and this is bad customer service not to offered to help us and that he was talking to the same customer that the other saleman was talking to about church and he had other customers in the building. He walked away which was so rude and told me goodbye. He just didn't want to hear how rude and unprofessional their treatment was. I will not buy or support a company that don't value me as a person or respect my time and money. Horrible treatment..

Best place in all of NY to buy mens suits and shoes they have it all shirts ties socks etc. Snd the best part of this mens clothing store is the owners Mike and Dave two of the best guys in the world top notch. A+ customer service and friendly attitude. Very knowledgeable. Shopped thrre for 25 years now

I ordered two shirts from the online store. I used the sizing chart provided to ensure I ordered the right size. When I received my order, I tried on the shirts. Good-looking shirts but they run SMALL! Shirts I ordered were supposed to be 57" in the chest. The tape measure says 54". I also prefer my dress shirts a little longer than these. Disappointed.

Wonderful shopping experience. These two brothers know how to get you dressed for any occasion. Lovely color selections and true style. If you want to dress boring go elsewhere. If you want to stand out and feel good come on in!
