I just left Mr. Shop with some amazing top quality clothes to add to my wardrobe, it was my first time stopping in and shopping there and the selection was great, Ben was outstanding with helping me choose just what I was looking for and I left with some top quality gear to fit my style perfectly. This place is HANDS DOWN the best place in Syracuse if you’re looking for a stylish fit. I needed a new suit and was tired of boxy, loose fitting, off the rack suits from other local places. The ENTIRE staff (Joel, Mike, Julia, and Natalie were awesome to work with. They quickly got the idea of the look I was after and came up with great options. I was lucky enough to find an in store suit that fit perfect and didn’t need any special ordered items (although they would’ve been able to do so if required.) Yes it’s more expensive than other places. But the staff’s efforts, the quality of the clothes and finding the perfect fit make it all worth it. I’ll never go anywhere else when I’m in need of a quality, good fitting suit.

Mr. Shop is in a class of its own. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the owner Joel and the talented Ron and Jordan. They are experts at what they do and everything from picking out the best off-the-shelf menswear, to tailoring, to custom made-to-your-specifications suits is an absolute pleasure. I’ve been buying suits here for over 10 years and finally just designed my own wedding tuxedo. I moved to Philadelphia and I still come back to Syracuse to get my high quality menswear from Mr. Shop because no other place comes close!

Cannot recommend highly enough! I came in to get a suit made for my wedding and couldn't be happier with the suit and the service. Jordan and Ron were both so helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. They took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted down to the details and I never felt rushed or pressured as has been my experience at so many other places. I usually don't particularly enjoy clothes shopping, but I did with Jordan and Ron. Will definitely be back in the future!

Mr. Shop compliments itself well with both it's service and selection. If you are a man interested in presenting themselves well I would recommend spending some time here. In my experience I have never enjoyed shopping for clothes until today. One of my goals for the year was to begin building a wardrobe that is sharper and has more style. My consultant Jordan was very helpful in selecting items that worked for me. He also gave me general tips on what to keep in mind while shopping, so I was able to leave with a little more knowledge than I walked in with. Thank you!

I want to thank Joel and the entire team for an exceptional culture of service. My son and i recently returned to the shop for his second custom suit and some additional very custom accessories. The welcome he and i received was of a returning friend. The entire staff here is absolutely amazing. I came here after receiving good reviews about their custom suit department. They made me a suit for a wedding and it is absolutely perfect, making sure that it was not boxy or too masculine. They addressed all of my concerns and had tons of options. They were extremely helpful and very fun to work with. I would come back 10000 more times, I can not recommend them enough. If you need anything custom at all, go here! You will not be disappointed! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Really great experience today. I never write reviews but I wanted to for Mr. Shop. I went in for my first time to look for a blazer. Joel and the two guys who were working were awesome. I didn’t know what I wanted and they showed me some great options. Also got a pair of jeans which are the coolest pair of jeans I’ve ever had. They all come in one standard length and the alterations were free (needed them hemmed an inch or two) I end up buying a lot of stuff at the mall that doesn’t fit right. I wear it a few times and donate it. Big waste of time and money. It was such a huge help having people show you ideas and finding you your exact size. They made it super easy. I’ll need a suit soon and will be back. I bought one off the rack at a department store a few weeks ago. Even though it’s “slim fit”, it’s really not. It doesn’t fit well at all. The jacket bunches up at the top in between the shoulders and the pants are too wide. It wasn’t super expensive but wasn’t cheap either - several hundred dollars. Big waste of money in hind sight. I will definitely invest in a custom suit at Mr. Shop after seeing them today in the store. Sure, they’re a little more money, but well worth it when I think about all the money I’ve wasted on stuff that doesn’t fit right. Looking forward to going back!
