Had a washer and dryer with them the washer messed up brung a used one while my other one was getting fixed and 7 months later said that my washer couldn’t be fixed so I was going be stuck with a used one that didn’t match my dryer and pay the same price for it as I was paying for the new one

Said I could pick back up where I left off if I was to come back which is cool I wind up not coming back bc I didn't need anything at that time so when I try to go back to get something they say I can't rent from them but steady be calling my phone so I took my money else where

Whitley (I think this is her name) was great!! Although, I was told that my bedroom suit would be delivered by 12:30pm today, 5/24/2021. I threw the old bed away and got rid of the old bedroom suit today so the room would be empty when they got here to deliver my items. I have talked to them twice since noon. First I was told that they were unloading the truck from this morning and would get to it after that because the mattress and suit were coming from two different locations. I spoke to them again at 3:30. I was told the second time that they had not unloaded the truck yet, and were going to do that then meet the other location half way and it SHOULD be to my house today... meanwhile if they don’t show up I have no bed.

If you go to rent a center, thomas is the man to talk to. Helped me get a deal on what was already a bargain. Delivered our couch in the pouring rain without complaining once. He did his job to the best of his ability and more. Definitely a memorable experience, you dont get those much anymore! Loved it!

I really love my Rent A Center family. I love the way they give back to the community and help out in every area of Waycross. The sales manager Amy is very helpful and the best in the business. But the store manager has only been there for 7 months and have made a dramatic change in the store. I really appreciate everything they do for me. I will never go anywhere else and find this kind of service.
