This is the poorest customer service I've ever had! I took some boots in on December 3rd to be monogrammed. Last week I called to check with progress and was told the following week they would be ready..Thursday December 22nd I called again and a older lady told me they were ready for pick up. Friday dec 23rd I went to pick up and the blonde headed employee was rude, I told her what was told to me that Thursday and she proceeded to tell me I couldn't have been told that no employee told me my order was ready I must've miss heard. Now I know for a fact it's nothing wrong with my hearing and I know what I heard otherwise I wouldn't be in the store right now. Then a family member of mine came and the older lady I spoke with came from the back and said I remember talking to you your order is ready. At this point they couldn't even find the shoes at first! To top it if she didn't even apologize she went to fb and deleted the review from their page and made a personal post about the incident and was COMPLETELY WRONG. she just wanted some attention I guess but she needs to improve her customer service skills! ~Cierra
