Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. Unless you like standing in the store unnoticed for a few hours don't bother going to cricket. The people working here are rude and obviously can't multitask

The cell service sucks. I will be switching back to my previous carrier. I have had this phone since the 24 of Nov. It doesn't matter who I call they can't hear me

Cricket is a nice place for cell phone services if you're tired of the cell phone providers battling one another. Same services, but easy on the pockets. Great atmosphere if you want to pay at the business, or you can pay on line. Versatile yet very helpful. I wished I could give them a 5 stars rating (but I NEVER give anyone 5 stars unless they are OVER THE TOP).

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though I was told for two day the guy from corporate would be there. I haven't seen him yet. Done with it.
