JoAnns has a policy that when pulling a pick up order, they cannot pull an item I there is less than three on the shelf! But they always after 20% off coupon online for pick up orders. This feels so bait and switch to me! There is three on the shelf, they cancel it on my pick up order that I am getting 20% off of, but when I come to pick up my order I can walk in and buy that item off the shelf at full price! So shady!!!!

I usually do all of my crafting shopping at Joann's and in the past I had had great luck with finding everything I needed and some things I could use for future crafts/gifts. With this being said the customer service and the "personal" touch is lacking of late. The store seems run down and has an unpleasant odor. I must admit I was heartbroken when I got on the site and read all of the negative reviews, especially the one written by the veteran. Personal opinion is save a customer and give the discount. . . you never know how any review can impact a current or future customer. I'm very disappointed with the decline of service with this organization. Amazon has better prices!!!!!!!!!! DO BETTER

Nice place to shop. Had what I wanted for my project. The only problem is the location is way to hot to stay in for really to long. The air conditioner was broken. I don’t know if that is normal to cook customers and employees. It was to hot to shop for all the stuff I needed.

I went to Joann's Fabric which Me and My Wife frequent. I brought some fringes. But I informed the cashier that I was a veteran, I forgot my veterans ID. She would not allow the discount. I asked her to put my information in the system, she said nothing came up. And then I asked to put my wife information in the system. She said nothing came up. Now my wife and I both receive discount coupons from Joanns all the time. So I did understand why nothing showed up . Anyway even though I am a 67 year old Vietnam era .veteran. No discount. I will not return again.

Placed an online order and received an email confirmation. Five days later I never received an update on my order status. I called the store to inquire and was told was order has been ready. Advised her an email was never received about my order availability. Oh and one of the items was not available but was never advised.

I looked up what I needed and knew it was available in store. Price was much more than on website!!! I walked from the front to the back of the store TWICE WITHOUT SEEING ANYONE! When I reached the register I ask if they had batteries and I was sent on ANOTHER LONG JOURNEY AROUND THE STORE and came back empty handed, the young lady at the front register needs to be retrained! Walki g out the door I replied I'm glad I want need to come back to JoAnns!!!, if I do, I will find it someplace else! 🧐

The ladies have always been very friendly and helpful any time I shop at Joann Fabric. Also, they are pleasant if I ever call with questions about fabrics.

I really like Jo-Ann fabrics but I've never been to this location and this may not all be their fault but I couldn't tell if they were just opening or if they were just closing. The store looked deserted from the outside and actually it was pretty deserted on the inside. The people working were just hanging out and talking. Not a criticism but there just wasn't anybody in there shopping. When I asked for help they were helpful. It was just a very different experience from the store up in Duluth. They didn't have a huge selection of any of the things that I needed. A much better selection online and maybe that's what they're going to.

Stopped in to grab fabric. There's usually a wait in the line. But their staff is really friendly. The store is usually organized and has a small variety of fabrics.

I didn't know I had a Joann so close to my new location. The plaza has painted and a new sign has not been installed, so look for the Joann banner. The store is neat and clean. Everyone is greeted. I love this location because it is QUIET! It's so calming. I've been here 3x at different times of the day, no line at the counter, or cutting table. They have a steady stream of customers but not overwhelming like other locations. The employees actually seem to like each other, they all know where everything is located. They ask if you need help. Maybe the atmosphere is different because it is a smaller store compared to Kennesaw. Almost like a Hobby Lobby feel. They have a solid selection and some items I had never seen toward the back near decor fabrics. They have large rolls of cork and faux grass for DIY projects. I haven't been to the craft side yet. I hate to brag on this store because you now know my little hide away🤔, if you want friendly employees, quiet and gentle atmosphere, this is the place.
