What is the point of having a kitchen after your gas station if it's hardly ever open. Went by there today at 1:00 pm and was told that they were gone for today. This is not the first time that they were closed in the middle of day kind of pointless if you ask me.

I went to this kum and go to get gas paid $50 and only received 5.00 worth of gas.There was zero solutions to fixing my issue I basically gave them my last and had to figure out how to replace that money to get gas to drive home 50 miles away

In my opinion this store continues to snowball downhill. I've seen people behind the counter talking to other people behind the counter while customers are waiting. Just the other day I went in and the girl checked her cell phone right in front of me before ringing up my items. And then today when I go in I hear some 90s grunge music playing for all to hear. I'm a fan of '90s grunge music but I don't think it adds to the professionalism of the establishment in any former fashion. They need some real quality Management in that place

The receipt printer at the pump did not work again today. In today's world of computer controlled fuel pumps you would think that a thing as small as a printer would be simple to maintain. This is the basis of the Pay At The Pump convience both the card reader and the printer allow a transaction to be completed without a visit inside the store. Buy new? Buy better quality? Or Better maintenance program?

I went to Kum n go at 1am after work, spent 7and some change. The teller, a tall man in a hoodie with a name tag with Emily on it rang me up. I ate my snack went home and to sleep. 3:32 in the morning my bank calls to verify a purchase of 36$. Second later I get an email that another purchase went through at this same location. So 3 charges. 2 while I was asleep. I called the store and was told that he did didn’t know what I was talking about and I should cancel my card if I was worried that more charged would be charged. I quickly said “more charges” and got hung up on. Kum n go you got a credit card thief working at the store. I’ll cya bright and early Emily

Chassidy was the clerk who rang up my order. She was discourteous and unfriendly, but that was not the biggest problem. I bought a green Monster and two white Monsters, knowing I would get $1 off as a current special. Chassidy rang up my white Monster three times, which resulted in no discount. When I brought it to her attention, she argued with me and said I had to but three additional. When I insisted I have partaken in the special many times and the discount should apply, she slowly walked back to the cooler to see for herself. When she returned, she again insisted she was right and I was wrong (so much for customer always being right). At this point, I instructed her to ring up the three cans separately, and of course, got my discount. Dissatisfied customer.

02/26/2017 Sunday I like the new store look and design and the associates at this location are friendly and helpful. If you are using the & more rewards program then you will need to know that if you pay or swipe your card for two different transactions then you won't get your reward points. This is for all Kum n go stores. I have two vehicles I wanted to pay for gas. Both are my cars and I was paying for both with my money , but it appears that Kum n go thinks you are stealing points if you swipe your card twice in a row. I missed out on 30 points today because I was unaware of their fear to give up the points to a double swipe. I kind of feel robbed. Oh well lesson learned and lesson passed on to the masses. I If you are going to pay for 2 separate cars getting gas at the same time make the clerk split it up on the pump and pay all at once or pay at once and move the cars in and out of the same pump or miss out on reward points at the second car. Ugh.
