Had a great experience with the two employees working the squishmallow drop today! I cant remember their names, but they were so kind to let me apply a coupon I forgot I had after already checking out. They were fun to chat with while my transaction finalized. Very clean and organized store as well!

They posted a picture on Instagram of them having 1 Glow in the dark Tanjiro BoxLunch exclusive pop. I waited outside the store for an hour and a half and was first in line to buy the pop. I spoke to Michelle which is the manager and told her what I was waiting in line for. When it was 11:58 another worker named Elijah unlocked the door and relocked it after he went in and then waited by the register. once it hit 12 they opened the doors to let us in but Michelle was selling the Tanjiro pop to Elijah, he was paying with cash, so I assume they did that so they cant keep record of who bought it since he was a worker, since they arent supposed to buy it. I find this very unfair considering they knew what I was there for, I waited, and they posted it on there instagram. Both the manger and the worker handled it very poorly saying they didnt do anything wrong even though they have to give customers the first oppurtunity to buy the items. I will be speaking to corperate!!

My fiancé and I were first in line and waited for over an hour to get the Glow in the dark Tanjiro pop from Demon Slayer. They opened the doors at 12:00 and as we walked up to the counter manager Michelle was already selling the pop to employee Elijah and he was paying with cash so his name wouldn’t be under the purchase. This is so unprofessional as they posed on their Instagram story that there would be only 1 available to the public at 12:00pm 1/9/22 when they opened.

Such wonderful employees here & the store has so much great stuff! They were so nice about finding and holding a product for me until the next day when I could come & grab it (I live pretty far from the mall). Shout out to Derek for being so kind & helping me out over the phone!!
