They went out of their way to help me get windshield wipers and installed. Cold and windy and old wipers did not come off easily. Awesome customer service and a great attitude by both employees.

The gentleman that was helping us to find a gas cap was fantastic, we weren't sure what size the engine was on our car, he came out took a picture and looked it up. Even though they didn't have a gas cap for us we will definitely be back.

Wait took longer than it should have. The person up front called to the back for 2 more people to come take care of customers and was replied to with” Hold on a minute “ I thought to myself, that’s not the right answer to say when you have a line of customers 8 deep waiting to be checked out.

Love this store. Staff us friendly, Kim knows what she's doing. If they don't have the parts, they can usually get them pretty quick. And they don't sell cheap electronics like their competitors. Worth the drive from Norman for the friendly faces.

Stopped in to find a cap for my power steering fluid. Met Kimmie at the counter and she decided we should check if it was the correct one before she checked me out. Of course it wasn't the right one and she helped me find the right one and then checked on a backup camera for my new-to-me Escape. Sadly, they didn't carry what I needed. It was such a pleasure to be helped by someone that truly liked her job and excelled in it. I will be going to Advanced Auto's website to write about Kimmie and my awesome experience with her.

Only had one employee working on a Saturday. He was helping one customer, that was enough to shut the store and registers down for 30 min while he helped them. Try O’Reilly’s down the street. Advance doesn’t want your business. Store was clean. Trash in parking lot. Watch your tires.

Don’t call for assistance. I placed a call and “Heather” instantly placed me on hold without a hello. I waited for several minutes and listened to the automated message. Phone started to ring, but no one answered. I hung up and called back, and was placed on hold before I could speak. I know these stores get busy. That’s why I had no problem with holding, but this makes no sense. So, I drove to Autozone. As a consumer, you don’t have to put up with this. Just take your money elsewhere. I know that if a customer has a good experience, they will return. If they have a bad experience, they will not return, and they’ll tell their friends and family to do the same. Heather, customer service is not for you.

Employees have no knowledge or training on how to do their job correctly. Ordered a part that was under $9 that was supposed to be in the next day by noon. It wasn't there... the employee didn't know what to do. The one that did the order the night before "did it wrong". I told him to give me my money back, that I would just go to O'Reilly. Couldn't get my money back because I didn't bring my card that I used to pay for it. Didn't intend to buy anything as the part was paid for. So, they got me for $9 and lost a customer forever. ✌
