We have used AutoZone for a lot of years for different parts for our cars trucks various vehicles today we went in to find out whether or not it was our stabilizer bar in our truck that was an issue and we were told by the girl at the counter that it was too hot for her to go outside and look at it excuse me can I get a job where I can just stay in the air conditioning and not do my job and still get a paycheck won't be going back to AutoZone anymore say goodbye to 10 plus years of our money

Rude lady did not greet me & was just standing there when I approached the counter. Did not even acknowledge me for a way to long of time before asking me what I needed. Very unprofessional & ride the entire time I was there.

Absolutely above and beyond customer service!!! Spencer went completely out of his way to help me. His professionalism is beyond just your normal retail worker. I think this location just became my favorite auto parts store. He won my loyalty. I won’t shop anywhere else.
