I like this place, but I had to walk out last time since I couldn't get anyone to help me check out. Stranger, their self check out seemed to be logged in as a store employee. I'll still be back, but I am starting to feel concerned about it.

Its the one stop shop for diy auto care. The employees are amazing and very helpful! I had an employee go above and beyond this evening for me and I cant remember the last time someone did that for me without expecting something in return. I love this store

I went in 1 day last week having trouble with my brake light, no big deal right? Wrong!! turn out I needed a new socket and wasn't prepared to but one then, so Rene the assistant manager came out and worked him magic, song a little song to Jesus snd made everything alright. It might not seem like much to you all considering he's in management and that might be part of his job to help but it meant the world to me because he stayed late pass his time of being off and would not give up until my light was fixed and I was able to drive away safely. Thank you Rene!!

I went in for a free Fix Finder Report. Jerod (AutoZone Employee) had literally just clocked out from work as I was talking with his boss. He said, "I can help him."
