They're slow but they always get my order correct. Only giving 3 stars because tonight they tried telling me my $20 bill that I literally just got from an ATM 30 minutes prior was fake because the color wasn't showing. I was a restaurant manager and I have worked with money at every job I've ever had. If it was fake the marker would turn it dark blue or black. I didn't appreciate being looked at like I was some sort of con artist. I came home and double checked the bill. It is 100% real. It's from 2001, so maybe that's why? Idk, but the looks weren't appreciated.

I was going to get a couple of sandwiches. I waited in line for several minutes, cars that were in front of me left without ordering. I finally got to the speaker and waited for them to take my order, nothing. I asked if anyone was there, the young lady answered I'm sorry but we can't take any orders bc something about the computer, it should only take about 15 minutes or so. There were several cars behind me and about 4 to 5 cars that were in front of me left. So I left bc I was not going to wait that long.

When this one first opened less than a year ago it was good, the staff was friendly and service was decent. Now it's slow.. like expect a 30 minute or more wait in a Drive Thru FAST FOOD line. My food almost always has something wrong and the fries are never fresh. So disappointed in this location. I miss the McDonald's brand I grew up with. It sucks now.

After an hour, going through the drive-thru twice, they messed our order up and didnt give us all of our food after giving our original order to another vehicle. On top of all of that, the manager wanted to say that we received our food and wouldn't even talk to us at the window.

Look at the photos! I ordered and paid for a burger WITH NO PICKLES. But they gave them to me anyway! Suppose I was allergic to pickles? NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

But when i had asked for an extra barbecue sauce ( I was definitely willing to pay for it) One of their managers or owner started rudely yelling at the two in the window about how everything was in our bag. I drove off because im not going to fight over a barbecue sauce and it definitely was not the two employees in the window who were definitely nice. I get home which is at least a good 5 minute drive you would expect everything to be hot NOPE All of the fries i ordered were old and cold. My frappe had no ice shards in it. My burger was luke warm at most. Definitely finished giving this location anymore chances.

Even my dog refused to eat the nuggets. I don't think l will ever go here again. The food is always terrible. The cheese wasn't even melted on the fish. You people need to step it up if you want my business ever again.
