It was made just like we ordered and was good. No problems 😊 the drive through were courteous when taking our order. They had it ready when we got to the window. We were running errands so it was easy to eat and get back to getting things done. The person taking orders was hard to understand. She talked to fast & too loud but we got through & everything was good.

The food is good and the staff is friendly, but unfortunately it's been a rarity for them to get your order right lately. Out of the last 4 times I went, I only got my burger the way I asked once. Then last time I went, they forgot to give me 1 of my 3 total items entirely. Edit: two weeks later, I went by again. Once again no jalapeños on my burger despite the fact they literally repeated it back to me at the drive through, and I didn't get my barbecue sauce despite literally being told they would have to give me packets because they were out of sauce for the burger. Don't expect to receive a correct order here

Hi all! Who doesn't like a little charcoal burger now and then? The manager was nice enough to check for me and make sure their veggie burgers main protein wasn't soy. I believe she confirmed it was beets. They have a great Friday burger special for you meat eaters. Vegetarian options: Enjoyed their vegetarian burger, even though they no longer offer grilled pineapple.

Super sweet lady at the front counter and working drive thru and packing orders all at the same time, only had three people working the whole establishment (her and two in the kitchen) so we weren't upset at the little longer than usual wait time ♥️ Dont regret going here. Order was made right and we were treated like human beings despite their stress of being short staffed.

The food great as always but I worked here for 2 days and had to quit do to there health code violations. I just couldn't do it, don't get me wrong they are nice people and I don't have any issues with them personally, but they need to change things up. Their cook comes in with dog hair all over his clothes and the walking in cooler is just awful, mold on the trays that have some of the meats.

We had the Santa Fe Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich which was excellent, but the cheerful staff made this stop a memorable one Ms. Terri was so kind and actually cheered up our pup who was tired of traveling cross-country. Her spirit obviously sets the standard, because the rest of the staff was just as gracious. I didn't think my faith in humanity would get a positive spike at a drive-thru window, but sometimes it's good to be wrong!

We so enjoyed our first visit to Carls Jr! The cashier was wonderful and so friendly. And may I say she deserves a raise! She suggested a burger wrap. And I loved it! It's my new favorite burger now. The problem is we are from MN and don't have this restaurant near us. May I suggest you open some here!

I generally get the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. And they have really good coupons which they accept cheerfully. Unlike some other fast food places.

I am VERY disappointed with the experience today, 1st only 2 employees so it took 20 minutes to get my order, the older lady was kinda rude, only got a couple thing yet coast a lot then it's wrong? Wth I paid for large fries instead get small, and the most expensive part was pathetic the "Chicken" was smaller then McDonald's nope I'm done lost a fan.

We didn’t really have an experience. My son and I went inside on a Tuesday night at 7:30pm. There were 3 employees that we saw. One was cleaning the glass doors, one was walking around in the kitchen area and a female was working the drive-thru. She looked at us several times but said nothing. After waiting almost 5 minutes, we left after not even being acknowledged or helped. No one else was in line ahead of us. We were completely ignored. Not exactly wanting to wait on us or have us return (which we won’t). Wow.
