Normally I don't give reviews but because of the great customer service I will do this one. Jacob did a great job with answering all of my questions. He handled everything and kept on Verizon for over an hour for them to release my number. They were being difficult. The manager was very helpful as well. I have great signal now and a happy customer. Thank you guy's and recommend this store.

Did not care if they sold a phone or not. Didn't even try to explain the differences between phones.four employees in store doing nothing. Went to another t- mobile store where we got excellent service.

I was the next in line for 2 1/2 hours. I asked how much longer I would be waiting. The worker could not give me a response. That means that the two people that were being waited on before me were there for longer than 2 1/2 hours. Don’t go here unless you’ve got all day

My wife and I went in today at the East Hanes Mill Road location. Erin Knight helped us immensely trade in a phone a get another. Even though it was a difficult trade in..she was very patient and friendly. She went all out to make sure my wife's new phone was 100%. Her customer service is an example of why we are with Tmobile. Keep rocking Erin and Tmobile needs to make sure they keep this rockstar.
