Will not be a part of Sprint or T-Mobile team because of poor communication and also documenting false statements on my account. BE CAREFUL CUSTOMERS whatever you purchase with them. They will try to manipulate there customers by providing false information that could end up on your credit report.

The assistant manager kat was unfriendly to my needs and refuse to be patient with dealing with not good customer service and had a attitude and acts like she's know it all . But another service reps was mostly friendly to me . I am a special need person . I need the best customer service . I believe in being the best customer service My self in my own business . And other than that I am so far satisfied customer . I have a lot patience with people in general . I am sorry that she feels the way she does for me " negative" .

Bryant Ardila .. He was awesome. I had an issue on a return and with my plan. The original representative was unwilling to help me. I in turn went to Verizon fully committed to switching from sprint after a 12 year relationship with the company having a business account at one point with up to 6lines. I came back to tmobile to get Info to transfer to Verizon and Bryant overheard the conversation and stepped in and was able to salvage the relationship and in turn I decided to stay with sprint as a results of his efforts. I cannot express my gratitude to Bryant and everything he did and his professionalism is unsurpassed. Go see Bryant for business account needs.

Austin deserves a raise. He has great customer service, and patience. He helped me well after closing time. Coming from someone who works in customer service, it can be frustrating staying late. He did a great job, I will return to deal with him when I update my plan.

Came in to see about adding a phone to my sprint account Adam helped us out found that it would be cheaper and easier to set up a new T-Mobile account. Found an amazing promotion for me to trade in my old phone to get a brand new 11 pro max practically free how amazing is that?!? Also was able to get some AirPods which I’ve been wanting to get for a very long time and was able to walk out today and not pay a dime!! Absolutely had an amazing experience in the store once again thank you Adam and Bryant for all you guys help

So last week my 3 year old phone decided to go bonkers. I went to 3 different T-Mobile locations, this location was my third stop. They were pretty busy, but everyone was very nice. Sarah started trying to fix my phone. Long story short, hours later I ended up getting a new phone, BUT they tried every way to fix my old phone not sell me something, all the while being extremely nice and friendly! AND they got me a great deal on a nice new phone. The staff there is so helpful, pleasant, friendly and truly genuine. A big shout out to Sarah, Adam, Tanisha and Bryant for taking the time to work through my old phone's hiccups and get me out the door with a working phone that night.
