I’m currently standing at the In-Store pickup desk and have been for about 15 minutes. No one has even looked at me. I don’t expect immediate help but I’d appreciate at least being acknowledged.

I wanted to upgrade my phone to a 13 pro max. I left empty handed after they tried to sell me everything else - smart watch, iPad, charging cube, case, screen protector, and a Visa card! I kept asking about the price of the phone and my trade but never got an answer. After being in the store for 40 minutes without being able to get a price and buy the phone, I gave up and left. I kept saying, just sell me the phone. I came to buy a phone and it was like no one would sell me a phone if I did not buy all the other high priced extras. I've been with Verizon since its inception in 2000 but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I have a new decision to make.

The store representative by the name of Hope was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills were off the charts and came with ease. Immediately my family and I became comfortable working with her. Hope has a awesome personality and made me proud for being a Verizon customer for over 20 years Thank you Hope!

After two hours waiting, I finally left without being helped. Two employees assisting customers while three were roaming around randomly. I will not go back to this location, and they even gave me pause as to whether I want to remain a Verizon customer.

NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! OR ANY OTHER VERIZON LOCATION!!! They allowed someone to enter the store, purchase a phone posing as me with NO VERIFICAION, and reassigned two phone numbers from my account to their device. This Verizon store enabled them to take over my phone number. Even though Verizon reassures me my account was flagged to prevent this from happening (when it happened 2 months ago). The thief then proceeded to hack into multiple accounts of mine shortly after leaving the store and steal LARGE sums of money because now they could reset my accounts as they would receive the confirmation text messages on my phone. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. On top of it, there's no way to contact this store. I've spent hours on the phone just trying to get in contact with them with no luck. I had a nearby family member go into the store in person and they were unable to talk to a manager. The store representatives claimed they would tell a manager to call me but clearly they were lying. Any phone numbers I've found just route me to a generic Verizon call center. I've talked to Customer Support, Technical Support, and the Fraud team at Verizon and nobody has been able to get me in touch with this store location. NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! OR ANY OTHER VERIZON LOCATION!!!

There were several employees available to help, so wait time was minimal. Caleb was patient and got us exactly what we wanted. There was no pressure sales pitch for products or services. He made sure our phones were working properly before we left. Oh- and he found ways to save us money through different promotions. It was worth the drive and time to go in-person for something as vital to my job as my phone. Thanks to Caleb, and to Verizon for excellent customer care!

I have had good experiences here better than the one on Stratford road! Staff very helpful and willing to help! Landon Gray was very friendly and answered all my questions with patience. I will keep going to this location from now on!
