Went here to have my iPad fixed, I was told it would take 3 days. Came after 3 days and they said it would be one more day. They hadn’t even started on the repair. I took my device back and went down the street to CPR Cell Phone Repair and they had it fixed the very next day. Not only that, but the guy I dealt with at this location was awful. No sympathies or anything for not having this done. Customer service is definitely not in their training

Matt and Josh provided superior customer service and Curry fixed my old iPhone SE (2016). Typically I handle all repairs on my phone but this particular repair required 29 steps and gutting out the inside of the phone—the most complex repair, I believe, on this old phone. Curry fixed it in less than 30 minutes and the total cost was cheaper than I expected, including parts. I estimated my repair time at over six hours (probably eight) if I did it myself. The parts by their supplier came in much cheaper than I could find online. Can’t emphasize enough how great the customer service was. Great group of techs! Thank you Matt, Josh, and Curry! The techs were super nice, Curry took care of my phone needs. I am 66 years old & he was so polite & explained things to me. I will highly recommend y'all to anyone that needs their electronics repaired. Thank you all so much & I know where to go again.

My sons Nintendo switch screen came loose and I brought it here to get fix took them a few hours to assess the problem and fix it. And to top it off they fixed it for free since it only needed some adhesive to hold the screen back together. They have great customer service on top of them I would definitely recommend them

Best customer service I’ve encountered in ages. If you have to break your phone or computer, this is the place to go. Sean and Curry made it almost fun to have to get my laptop repaired. (Almost…) You’d be crazy to go anywhere else. I think prices are more reasonable here too than elsewhere.

My phone updated and froze. Ended up being the screen fritzing out. The people here fixed my phone in 24 hours and patiently waited while I checked everything. They understand that our phones are important to our lives now and the treated my time and phone as that. Important. I 100% recommend this store and will be back should I need to.

My Galaxy S20 fell off my night-stand and the screen shattered completely, to the point that it was unusable. I thought for sure it was a goner and I'd just have to get a new one, but I was instead recommended to go to uBreakiFix by the employee at the phone store. I dropped it off in the morning, and it was fixed and in perfect condition by lunchtime. I couldn't be happier.

Extremely unprofessional and SLOW!!!!! I was having my S21 repaired due to a cracked screen. I received an email from ASURION that stated the repair would take no longer than 2 hours. When I arrive at 11AM I am told it wont be complete until 5pm. I called to check on at 2:45PM and was told they would be starting on it immediately. When I arrived at 4:45 I was then told they just started taking my phone apart. I then requested my phone back which he went and got right away. Which means they NEVER started. This place is an absolute joke, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them, or even allow them to fix my toaster. If a cracked screen gives them this much trouble, can you even imagine if you had a real problem?!?!?

Seamless! My Pixel 6 Pro unfortunately had its display panel break, and Steven and the employees here were helpful in getting the phone fixed quickly, and looking into my warranty options too. It only took a couple of hours for the phone to be fixed.

I am really happy with the service I received here. Dropped off an older phone for a new battery. It was great that they had the parts on hand and were able to make the repair same day. I can’t even tell that the phone was ever opened. I will come back for any future repairs. As you can see my phone is working. But you can’t see the battery, but it’s in there. I miss my old Nokia phone that I could swap batteries myself. But that’s about the only thing I miss. Well that and being able to yeet it full court and it be no worse for wear.
