Matt and Josh provided superior customer service and Curry fixed my old iPhone SE (2016). Typically I handle all repairs on my phone but this particular repair required 29 steps and gutting out the inside of the phone—the most complex repair, I believe, on this old phone. Curry fixed it in less than 30 minutes and the total cost was cheaper than I expected, including parts. I estimated my repair time at over six hours (probably eight) if I did it myself. The parts by their supplier came in much cheaper than I could find online. Can’t emphasize enough how great the customer service was. Great group of techs! Thank you Matt, Josh, and Curry! I was looking to upgrade my phone and needed a new Apple Watch. I was helped by Chris Winfrey at this location and OMG. Best Verizon experience. He walked me through every step and explained the why, while checking in with me about my budget. I was thrilled to be upgraded and have a fab experience. He was so professional and kind and the most helpful phone rep I’ve EVER dealt with. I didn’t feel pressured and was also educated on my new devices. I had a tech issue and he didn’t make me feel bad about it taking a little extra time to transfer my data, and he made sure I didn’t lose any of my important info in the process. 10/10 will be going back to Chris at this location. ~Bri

Monica was a wonderful help and made my boyfriends switch from T mobile so easy!! He had issues getting a phone with his previous carrier and took them hours to try and help him and he left empty handed. When we arrived at Verizon, Monica had a phone in his hand within 30 mins!! Normally I don't give reviews but because of the great customer service I will do this one. Jacob did a great job with answering all of my questions. He handled everything and kept on Verizon for over an hour for them to release my number. They were being difficult. The manager was very helpful as well.
