Went to purchase my wife a new set of Samsung Galaxy Buds. Sales rep assisted us quickly, and was friendly as well. We were able to line up a payment arrangement on the new items so we could pay it off in chunks included on our bill. Was a good experience and I was fully satisfied.

Nabil was amazing he helped me fight with Verizon and get my phone set up it took almost 5 hrs but he stuck with it and got done. You will not find better help with problems then him. He is amazing I would not second guess sending someone or recommend him to anyone for anything. All I can say is thank you for everything.

Philip was amazing at getting a new account set up for me. He tried his hardest to get my number from another company and unfortunately the company wouldn't release it. Not his fault. But seeing the effort he put into it is refreshing to see in customer service. This is a great start to my relationship with ATT.

Phillip was the only person working Monday night and he was swamped! He was having to multi-task quite a bit to set up 7 new customers at the same time. He went above and beyond to resolve a technical issue. It took several hours but he stayed cool and hung in there till the end. He was absolutely fantastic and maybe the most calm and collected employee I have ever met going through so much chaos. Phillip definitely deserves some major recognition for his efforts and accomplishments.

I’ve been with Metro PCS for years and it was time for a change! I went to Spectrum and just didn’t feel like it was what my family needed. The team at AT&T were awesome!!! Linette, Phillip and Doris took care of our needs. My husband and I left with the 13 pro max and Google pixel pro! The knowledge and professionalism was amazing! Thank you!

I came in today to add a new line and purchase a new phone. Nabil was very knowledgeable, kind, Patient and helpful. He answered all my questions with a smile on his face. He was ready, willing and excited to go the extra miles for me. I usually takes a long time to make a decision but Nabil seemed as though he read my mind. What a great customer service guy he is. AT& T should be very proud of this kind young man. He will cause customers to come back to the store over and over again. Just because, of his excellent service that he offers. Good evening, I was browsing around in the AT&T store looking to purchase a new phone. I was trying to update some changes on my account. Kedrick Sprinkles was assisting me and I dont make decision quickly. Kedrick was very knowledgeable on every question that was ask by me. I really was amazed at the awesome customer service that I received by Kedrick Sprinkles. He didn’t mind assisting me with everything and anything that I ask him. He was extremely patient with me. I became spoiled sort of speaking and was hoping that whenever I came back that he would be in the store to assist me with the electronics that I will be purchasing. He never complained and said I have other customers to assist. He treated me with respect like I was the only customer in the store. I will be back for that awesome customer service. Thank you AT&T for hiring this GOLD MINE.

I was looking to switch phones companies and I spoke to Nabil and he was able to get me every discount available and was very patient and explained everything in detail to me it was a great and smooth experience. So glad I switched and worked with Nabil.

I went to many different stores to get help with my trade in in my samsung device but no one was willing to help me. Nabil was a great assistance make sure to check him out.

Switched from Verizon phone plan to AT&T because we were told based on promotions and discounts, our phone plan would go from $250 to $175. Get our phone bill(s), yes, bills. As in two separate bills. Our BILLS combined were $520!!! Tell me why that would make any sense! We were told a watch and tablet were “free” because of promotional discounts with new accounts. We clarified “no equipment costs correct?” They confirmed, no equipment costs. BET. Get our bill and find there’s nothing we can do. We tried to reach manager Lynnette for last 2 months but she’s dodging customers. She knows she messed up over 100 accounts on that promotional day and doesn’t want to deal with it. She also told us WHILE SIGNING US UP “I don’t know why they made me a manager here, I hate it, I don’t want it and they can take that promotion back.” She bold faced lied to our faces for a commission check. So now we have to figure out how to pay a mortgage, a ton of other bills, and now the $520 phone bill that was never supposed to be a thing. What a joke. DO NOT GO HERE. They are an “authorized dealer” and will con you out of every dollar they can. They don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care to help.
