the guy with tattoos helped me and did my trade in but he seemed so disinterested and like he didn’t want to help me. he was supposed to show me options for ipad pro keyboards and help me decide which would be the best fit. he brought out his ipad and when i said that i felt it was too much money to pay for the keyboard that is close in price to the magic keyboard made by apple, he shrugged me off and walked away… never had a bad experience at this store but i won’t be back after that experience. go to the verizon on hanes mall.

Bought 2 iPhone on 4/22/22. at this store and Verzion was not able to transfer my old phone numbers. I was on the phone for over 3 hours trying to get the phone set up with the end result that the phone had no service. Returned the phones that could not be set up on 4/23/22. I had the phones less than 24 hours. NOW VERZON IS CHARGING ME $50 OPEN BOX AND $95.77 FOR PROMOTIONAL CREDITS. I can't understand why I have to pay $145.77 for phones that NEVER got set up and were not usable. NOTHING BEEN DONE ON THIS ISSUE. I'M NOW GETTING COLLECTION NOTICES

I went in today to switch my number back to Verizon from another carrier and was very pleased with the service I received. Tyler took the time to navigate my difficult problem and didn't stop until he had provided a solution.

Monica was a wonderful help and made my boyfriends switch from T mobile so easy!! He had issues getting a phone with his previous carrier and took them hours to try and help him and he left empty handed. When we arrived at Verizon, Monica had a phone in his hand within 30 mins!! We appreciate her great customer service!

They could not help me. I Am a family member. We have had service with Verizon for 7 plus years. The Customer service people Could not help me with my upgrade. Turned me away. My mom tried to autourize me through the phone and has no idea how to do it on the application or Internet I had her on the phone a NO they still could not help me. Very unsatisfied customer with this particular store. HOWEVER I WENT TO ANOTHER VERIZON STORE CALLED MY MOM AND SHE TALKED TO THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO GIVE HIM AUTOURIZIZATION FIR TO UPGRADE MY PHONE! YES!! IN AND OUT WITHIN 45 MINS! WE WAS GOOD TO GO!

The lady don't remember her name but she was really sweet and she helped me with a lot of stuff I recommend going to the Verizon shop cuz I have a prepaid phone and she helped me with both of accounts that I have and they're in Winston Salem off of University

Steven the man who says he is the General Manager is rude and should not be allowed to talk to customers. These are not great pictures but I will be returning and posting every chance I get until some action is take. We did not know the store closed at 5 on Sundays and he was speaking through the door with a mask on while the door was closed. I tried asking what was the process because we both were on the account and he said if they needed me he could come out and I go in. Then when i asked for his name he says its steven and im the general manager while shutting the door in my face. I will also be posting to facebook you could have easily said that without being rude.
