Great experience working with Mark! He made using the app a smooth process. I sent pictures of my documents through the app and went in to sign off on the completion. I will use this location and Mark for future tax filings.

The H&R Block office that I used last year was at the coast, so I did everything online and by mail. I wanted to use a local office this year so I visited the Hanes Mall location due to the positive reviews. My tax professional is Mark Miller, and he was great. I am very happy with his professionalism, and the time he took to explain my taxes to me and what my options were for the tax year. He is also very friendly and personable. I will definitely be visiting Mark every year for my taxes. In fact, I'm already scheduled for an appointment in 2022!

I really love my Tax Preparer Carl Shutt !! he doesn't have the Greatest Phone customer service , but when he gets you in his office my goodness a whole another side comes out he explains taxes in a way that makes you feel comfortable and understood! he really takes his time ,explains everything and is just so informative! he is the reason I return every time!!! Also H&R Block has the Best Tax Protection and Preparation fees on the Market!!!

Place is busy!... sometimes no one is at the front desk it's so crazy. Tax experience was fine. I dropped stuff off so I didn't have to wait and finished up in two appointments. They made me nervous as they seem very unorganized. I wrote down my phone conversation and was told my appointment was at 2. They called me at 1:30 to ask if I was coming as they put me down for 1:30. So the first meeting felt rushed and I felt a little talked down to. Next year I'll probably go someplace else.
