Place went from 5 stars to 0 stars if I could give one. Bunch of idiots that work at this location. Always some excuse why they are closed. Will try and sue them for false advertising.

Worst experience ever. They were out of most of the popular options. Choose to get the cheese burger bundle. The fries were old and nasty, most importantly they were inedible. The chicken nuggets were hours old, completely rubbery. Could bounce them higher than a super bouncy ball off of the 40th floor of the Devon tower! A complete waste of 12 bucks.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever visited!!! I stopped in around 9pm, ordered a double quarter meal. The place was not crowded but the staff was completely unorganized. I got my food to go and left. It wasn't until I got across town to my hotel room that I discovered the mess in my bag.... Cold fries for one... Ok, I can forgive that....but the burger... Well, no. The meat was black on the outside and just north of frozen inside... To my dismay, I was watching TV while eating so I didn't notice until about halfway thru that it was raw.... Needless to say, it didn't stay down long after that. Promise you this, I will never visit that location again.... Don't waste your time with this place. 😬

This location is ALWAYS busy. The employees are very friendly and quick to offer service. It doesn't always look/smell clean inside the lobby area. But no complaints other than that.

This McDonald's is actually my favorite McDonald's that I have ever been to it's the cleanest most speedy efficient and least mistake making and the Management and staff are extremely friendly and will always be totally helpful and will always even go as far as to cover whatever I may be short of paying for what I want and have ordered and one morning the opening manager wouldn't let me pay for anything other than my senior coffee but wouldn't let me pay for my chicken biscuit or egg and cheese biscuit and hash browns

Cashier was friendly and funny. However, it took longer than expected to get the food. They forgot my fries and gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets. The ice cream machine was broken too - so no McFlurries ☹️

ZERO stars for this joke of a place. Their door says the lobby closes at 11pm, so we come in at 10:50pm only to be met with “How”d you get in here?!” Um, the door…. “Well, the lobby’s closed. Get out!” Bye! 👋🏻 I’m way too happy to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Maybe if you learned a thing or two about “customer service” you wouldn’t have staffing issues…or other terrible reviews.

Only leaving 1 star just so I can leave a review. I’ll start with the filet of fish. Got the shredded lettuce only 1 corner had tater sauce and a small part of cheese. Now onto the 10 piece nuggets. Dry, no flavor and NO SAUCE! I asked for sweet and sour and the receipt says sweet and sour. Also the medium and 2 small fries had probably been in the warmer for a year. Absolutely terrible! The mcchicken was edible and of course the Dr Pepper is fine. A total waste of $20! Oh and no napkins! Terrible service also

Facilities were clean, food was what you would expect (these burgers are getting thinner and thinner haha). Service was soso, but was kind of embarrassing hearing the staff interact. Supervisor/manager chewing out staff, staff complaining about no breaks, etc. That stuff should be out of Customer ear shot. Makes it awkward for customers.

I don’t like beef so I order a burger with just cheese and bacon and usually at any other location my burger looks sad with 4 tiny strips of bacon and a slice of cheese. This location went above and beyond to accommodate me. You did a amazing job on getting my picky appetite fed.
