Went to this location cuz it was advertised to be open at 5am got there at 5:03 and they weren’t open so I went to the Walmart parking lot until 5:14 came back and they still weren’t open. There was no sign saying they weren’t going to open today or open late. Was almost late for work and couldn’t even get a last minute breakfast in.

Not sure what it is about this particular McDonald's but they always seem to have stale food and it's hit and miss whether or not they're sodas and milkshakes are available. I live around the corner and literally it's 50/50 whether or not and come away. Disappointed

We go to McDonald's almost every day with our grandbaby. Today we didnt even get his chicken mcnuggets . Drive 5 miles back just to get them. That is our baby's treat after school and tell a 2 yr old no nuggets. When he got home he was so upset.

Awful, bunch of kids running the place, waited for 15 minutes for a med fry and a med coke , the lineup was huge and car after car left . Bad business practice ,never lose money.

Took them forever to take my order, car pulled up after me got their order taken first to after I had been waiting. Awful service and the guy that was at the first window made me feel so uncomfortable

Ordered 3 meals didn't even put straws in the bag. Sandwich said no catsup add mayo but had nothing ask for unsweet tea ask again at window they said it was unsweet it was sweet tea. Called in they acted like, so what.

Really bad service .!!i in the evenings .!! Young man in the drive thru was rude and not listening didn't even greet me well just basically said (what’s ur order ) not professional at all.!!! I asked for fresh chicken sandwiches cuz they are always so old and Also Order some fry’s and didn’t received them has to asked for them in the second window.!! Totally the opposite service in the morning .!!! Best customer service in the morning .!!

Sat in the drive thru for a solid minute and no one came to the speaker. I even said “hello?” After another few seconds. Still no response. Maybe implement a response time for employees to follow? This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Went to McDonald's to order breakfast. I ordered 2 egg sausage and cheese mcgridles. Also coffee and orange juice. What I got was to sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffins. Then went back to have them correct the mistake. They gave me sausage only mcgriddles after I told them what we ordered. I will not be going back a 3rd time or ever to this store.

We came twice today to the drive thru. The first time was for breakfast, they don't sell burgers till after 10:30. We ordered, paid and all was great. The second time, my daughter wanted to go back for a late lunch to get her burger she wanted so to the drive thru we went again. We ordered for 3 people, 2-#3's and #1, two dr.peppers and a large chocolate shake. At 3:54 p.m. the line was at a standstill. It took us forever to pay at the first window, then sit and wait for the next window. By the time we got there they handed us the two dr. peppers and asked us to wait in the reserve parking spot and an employee would bring out our food. We were the first to park there so I don't think they thought of telling those before us to do that. A young man came up to our window with the food, I asked him about the shake and he said oh, they didn't give that to you already? No, they didn't..he asked what size and went back in to get it, so we waited some more. I don't care for the food as much as my daughter does..the burger was okay, the fries were really salty, but the shake was good and I didn't need a spoon. I know we'll be back because my kids like it and it's conveniently located by the Super Walmart.
